12 Capacity Helmet Sideline Trunk w/Coach To Player Charging Drawer
This custom sideline trunk is designed to hold 12 helmets for Arkansas State University. Each helmet is stored in an individual compartment. The trunk features 3 drawers for storage with a dedicated drawer for charging for Coach To Player units.
12 helmet compartments are provided for storage. Each compartment is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood finished with black textured coating for easy cleaning. The compartments feature a dedicated recessed vent dish per. 6 of the compartments are covered by a 3/8” clear Lexan door featuring HD Southco slam latches.
8 storage drawers are provided. The drawers are built into a ½” plywood inner shell that isolates them from the exterior case. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on HD Accuride glides and finished with black textured coating. The bottom right drawer features a LM Tour Systems power module. This power module features 2 locking Powercon outlets designed to mate with a LM Tour Systems Powercon – 4Plex courtesy power cable for an additional 4 AC outlets. 2 Leviton AC power outlets are provided. Each outlet features 2 AC power outlets and a USB A and USB C charge port for coach to player receivers. The total number of outlets available are 8 AC outlets, 2 USB A and 2 USB C. Custom length 4Plex – Powercon cables are available for purchase from lmcasesonline.com. A 30ft retractable power cable reel is provided which eliminates the need to carry a separate power cable.
The case exterior is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. The case rides on 8” large diameter field casters with the front 3 locking. 8 deep recessed handles are provided in addition to the 12 aforementioned recessed vent dishes.
