55” Fully Integrated Installed Confidence Monitor System
This fully integrated confidence monitor system is based around a 55” Sony 4K monitor. The system is delivered turn-key, meaning that it is ready to use upon arrival from LM.
The monitor is mounted in a custom removable caddy. This caddy is built from ¾” Baltic Birch plywood and is finished with black texture coating. The rear of the caddy features a large panel with slam latches for access to the internal components. Routed in vents are provided at the top of the caddy for hot air to escape during use. The accessible space behind the monitor is where the remote, power cable, and any other system components can be stored. The caddy is removable from the exterior case.
The 55” Sony 4K monitor is mounted to the caddy via steel rails. The rails feature large rubber bushings to provide additional shock protection for the monitor during transport. Power and signal are brought into the caddy via a LM Tour Systems IO box. This box features a recessed Hubbell inlet wired to a rear mounted duplex outlet. A HD 25’ 12awg power cable is also provided. Input signal is supplied to the monitor via Neutrik HDMI & BNC jacks. The 75ohm BNC jack is wired to a box that converts the SDI signal to HDMI for the monitor. The HDMI jack is wired directly to the monitor.
The exterior case is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The case features 4 deep recessed handles, and 4” Colson casters. 2 casters lock.
