Calix Trade Show Case
This case was built for Calix. The case is designed to hold a custom display rack used to hold the companies equipment at trade shows. The inner rack needed to protected from shipping abuse because as it is an integral part of Calix's show booth.
The case is built out of LM's proprietary 1/2" composite panels, and laminated with purple ABS plastic. Composite panels allowed this large case to weigh in at 300lbs, a drastic weight savings compared to a traditional 1/2" plywood case.
The case's interior features custom foam blocking to hold the rack in place as well as a 1/4" aluminum ramp to allow the rack to simply be rolled into the case.
The exterior of the case features the companies 3 color silkscreened logo, 4" x 2" HD casters and a 1/4" aluminum forklift guard.

The custom stand that the case transports holds 6 monitors in an array to provide video content for flight simulators. The case is design to be a very simple design allowing the stand cart to be rolled into position, and locked into place.
Lawo Modular Rack Display Case
This case system was designed for the Lawo Group as a modular approach to transport and display their equipment for trade shows. The system is designed around 3RU rack shells, and a storage box that is 3RU in height that stack together allowing for multiple confirguations. The concept allows the racks to remain stacked and locked together in the outer case tray, this expedited the set up and tear down of Lawo's booth.
Clear Acrylic Lectern Road Case
This case was built for Oxygen Event Works for their 1/2" Clear Acrylic lectern. The lectern is held in a custom non-abrasive Crosslink foam lined compartment that features a 1/2" marine grade plastic bottom for easy loading and unloading.
Sally Beauty Ion Brilliance Trade Show Workbox
This workbox was designed for Sally Beauty Supply to be used as a display case for their Ion Brilliance products at trade shows. The case features 6 utility drawers for storage: each drawer is built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and is individually lockable with a key. The drawers are mounted on heavy duty Accuride drawer glides and are mounted inside of a frame that isolates the drawers from the exterior case. The left half of the case features 2 hanging bars for samples.
Scenic Panel Frame Case
This case was designed to hold scenic display panel frames for use at trade shows. Each case holds 10 panel frames in custom angled wood slots wrapped in black Ozite. The slots keep the frames separated to ensure safe transport as well as allowing the user to select a single frame with out the need to remove the entire stack.
FOH Chair Case
This case was built for Volt Lites. The case is designed to store the rolling chair and support items used during shows. The chair compartment is lined with 1" PE foam covered with white HDPE plastic to allow the chair to slide in and out without damaging the foam. Below the chair compartment is a large drawer mounted on HD Accuride glides. There is also a storage compartment in the lid to hold a table.
Evertz Microsystems Custom Rack
This case was designed for Evertz Microsystems. The case is designed to hold a custom 40 space unit that weighs 800lbs! The unit needs to travel to different venues and be set up. To accommodate this, heavy duty Colson 4" x 2" casters were used on the rear lid to allow the case to be shipped, and fit through a standard door. The case and unit are extremely heavy; the case is designed to be mechanically lifted by the inner rack shell. In case a forklift or crane are not available, 28 deep recessed handles were used to allow the case to be manually lifted.
Topcon Medical Slit Lamp Case
This case was designed for Topcon Medical to transport their delicate Slit Lamps to trade shows. The case features multiple compartments for various sizes of the companies models. Each compartment is foam lined to match a particular unit and its accessories. The two halves of the case are divided by a foam lined hinged door keeping the contents in each compartment during transportation
Boeing F18 Flight Simulator Case
This case was designed to hold the forward portion of a Boeing F18 flight simulator for use during trade shows. The case features a 2" PE foam lined interior wrapped in black carpet to allow for shock absorption and durability.
Faxitron Bioptics Transport Case
This case was built for Faxitron Bioptics. The case is designed to carry delicate pieces of medical equipment from Faxitron to final locations at hospitals, labs, and doctors offices. The case is designed to be simple to use as well as very durable to withstand un-palletized LTL shipment.

Custom ASI Graphics Panel Sales Sample Case
This case was built for Architectural Systems Incorporated. The case is designed to hold sample boards of ASI's products. The exterior of the case is built out of lightweight 1/4" plywood and features a telescoping aluminum handle and inboard dolly casters. The exterior also features a custom full color graphics panel of the customers logo printed on ABS plastic. The interior of the case is lined with crosslink foam, which is a class A surface to prevent any abrasion marks that standard foam may leave.
Steelcase Walkstation Trade Show Case
This case was designed for Steelcase Inc. The case is designed to hold the companies Walkstation unit for their trade show exhibit. The interior features a large storage compartment with a 1/2" Comatex plastic bottom to allow easy loading and unloading of the treadmill. The table legs are mounted on the left side of the case, one set of legs hangs on plywood with HDPE plastic runners to allow the piece to slide easily. The small components are held in custom inserts that were built out of laminated PE foam and cut on our CNC fast wire saw. The case lid features a custom instruction board to show which components go in each compartment. The case has 2 separate sides, the front side holds the individual parts, the rear side allows access to the treadmill to aid in its removal and shelfs for the storage of miscellaneous items.
Scoreboard ATA Lift Case
This case was designed to hold a custom Daktronics scoreboard for tradeshow use. The scoreboard is mounted to an electronic lift that can either be controlled via a hardwired switch on the case or a hand held wireless remote control. The case features mounted power strip and a trap door on the bottom of the case to allow for clean wiring in and out of the case.
