Coaches Locker Room Wardrobe Trunk w/USB Charging & Power Ports
This custom coach’s locker room wardrobe trunk was built for Youngstown State University. The trunk features dual hanging clothes compartments, powered shelves for device charging, small storage bins and drawers.
The trunk features 2 hanging clothes compartments. Each compartment features a HD 1” aluminum bar for hanging. The compartments are lined with ½” PE foam with laminated 1/8” white HDPE for easy cleaning. Each compartment measures 31.125” wide x 21.625” deep x 38.375” tall. The compartments are enclosed via a 3/8” clear Lexan doors with HD Southco slam latches. Each compartment features a side mounted trap door to act as a dirty clothes hamper. The clear Lexan doors keep dirty clothes loaded in via the hamper doors contained.
The left lid features shelves designed for device charging. LM Tour Systems DSK-SM modules loaded with Leviton T5633 outlets. Each outlet features 2 AC plugs, a USB A and a USB C. Two DSK-SM modules are provided per shelf for a total of 8. The 8 modules allow for 16 AC outlets, 8 USB A outlets and 8 USB C outlets.
The right lid features 6 hinged compartments. Each compartment is built from ½” black marine grade plastic with 3/8” clear Lexan doors & fascia. The inner compartments are divided in thirds for 18 total. Each lid features a HD Southco slam latch.
Two storage drawers are provided under the hanging clothes section. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on HD Accuride glides and finished with black textured coating. The drawers have interior dimensions of 26.75” wide x 20” deep x 11.375” tall.
A LM Tour Systems dual Decora power module is located between the drawers. This module is loaded with 2 Leviton T5633 outlets providing an additional 4 AC outlets, 2 USB A outlets and 2 USB C outlets. 2 locking Powercon® outlets are located at the top of the power module. A LM Tour Systems Powercon – 4Plex power cable is provided to interface with the locking Powercon outlets. This 10ft cable provides an additional 4 AC outlets that can bring power away from the case. The total power outlet count for this case is 24 AC outlets, 10 USB A outlets and 10 USB C outlets. The case is powered via a custom LM Tour Systems power inlet box and a 12awg 25ft HD power cable.
The case exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with Red ABS plastic. The case features 14 deep recessed handles and rides on 8 Colson HD 4” x 2” Casters.
