The case combines a premium coffee bar featuring a DeLonghi TrueBrew system and commercial Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, 43” 4K TV with Sonos Beam audio, and a built-in long-range WiFi network—all professionally installed by the LM Cases Custom Integration team. Built for truck pack touring, the system includes integrated power distribution, monitoring, charging stations, slide-out appliances, a pop-up service table, and heavy-duty road case construction for reliable on-site deployment.
Tour Grade Transport Case For A Jura Z6 Espresso Machine
This heavy-duty touring case by LM Cases is custom built to safely transport a Jura Z6 espresso machine for the Florida Panthers, with a removable, contoured foam-and-plastic tray that allows easy loading, unloading, and secure travel. The case also includes dedicated storage for 20 cans of Illy espresso and is engineered for air travel with conveyor-safe runners, recessed hardware, and reinforced caster mounting. This custom amenities road case built for Dimensional Worldwide is a fully integrated mobile hospitality and utility station designed for on-site production support. The system houses a refrigerator, microwave, commercial Keurig, printer shelf, folding chair compartment, and multiple storage drawers—each secured within foam-lined Baltic Birch compartments and wired with locking power connections and a built-in retractable cable reel. Constructed with heavy-duty road case hardware, ABS-laminated plywood, and Colson casters, the unit is engineered for reliable transport and fast deployment at live events and touring environments.
NY Jets Custom Coffee & Sewing Workstation
This custom mobile workstation case was built for the New York Jets equipment management staff, combining a coffee station and sewing workstation in a portable trunk design.
The coffee section features a commercial-grade Keurig mounted on a slide-out shelf with a custom CNC-cut bracket and foam retention to keep the machine secure during transport. Power is supplied through a 30 ft retractable cable reel, eliminating the need for a separate power cable. Storage includes three drawers with inserts for up to 240 K-Cups and a small wire rack for additional coffee supplies.
The workstation also includes dedicated storage for a Singer 4411 sewing machine and a drawer with thread dowels for organizing spools. All drawers are built from ½” Baltic Birch, mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides, and lined with carpet and marine-grade plastic dividers for durability and organization.
Above the drawers is a large storage compartment, and the removable front lid converts into a table with folding legs. The case exterior is constructed from ½” plywood laminated with forest green ABS, finished with recessed hardware and 4” casters for durability and mobility.
Coffee Maker Amenities Case For Northwestern University
This custom coffee and amenities workstation case was built for Northwestern University to provide a mobile beverage and refreshment station.
The case includes a commercial Keurig coffee maker on a slide-out shelf with custom retention and a drip coffee urn used to serve the university’s special blend known as “Jarv Juice.” An illuminated sign with the Northwestern logo and purple LED lighting indicates when the coffee is ready. The system also features a cup dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and multiple storage drawers for supplies.
A built-in refrigerator with a glass door and LED lighting provides cold storage, while additional drawers with dividers organize beverages and accessories.
Power is supplied through a locking Neutrik True1 inlet with a 25 ft cable, ensuring secure power during use. The case is built from ABS-laminated plywood with fold-flat front doors, recessed hardware, and heavy-duty field casters, creating a durable mobile coffee station for events and team operations.
