Lumacurve Airfield Sign Sales Demo Transport Case
This case was designed for Standard Sign as a portable transport solution for Lumacurve signs used in demonstrations at customer sites, and trade shows.
The case features a custom PE foam insert that was cut on our fast wire saw to match the unique arched angle of the sign. The case tray and lid feature the arched foam inserts ensuring that the sign is supported in all directions no matter the case orientation.
The exterior case is built from LM’s ½” proprietary composite panels. The composite panels are 30% lighter than a traditional plywood panel. These composite panels are also more impact resistant due to their flexibility and will not rot should they be transported, or stored in a high moisture environment. The case features field replaceable 3” inboard dolly casters, and deep recessed handles for easy transport and maneuvering.

The concept allows the racks to remain stacked and locked together in the outer case tray, this expedited the set up and tear down of Lawo's booth.
Clear Acrylic Lectern Road Case
This case was built for Oxygen Event Works for their 1/2" Clear Acrylic lectern. The lectern is held in a custom non-abrasive Crosslink foam lined compartment that features a 1/2" marine grade plastic bottom for easy loading and unloading.
Sally Beauty Ion Brilliance Trade Show Workbox
This workbox was designed for Sally Beauty Supply to be used as a display case for their Ion Brilliance products at trade shows. The case features 6 utility drawers for storage: each drawer is built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and is individually lockable with a key. The drawers are mounted on heavy duty Accuride drawer glides and are mounted inside of a frame that isolates the drawers from the exterior case. The left half of the case features 2 hanging bars for samples.
Scenic Panel Frame Case
This case was designed to hold scenic display panel frames for use at trade shows. Each case holds 10 panel frames in custom angled wood slots wrapped in black Ozite. The slots keep the frames separated to ensure safe transport as well as allowing the user to select a single frame with out the need to remove the entire stack.
FOH Chair Case
This case was built for Volt Lites. The case is designed to store the rolling chair and support items used during shows. The chair compartment is lined with 1" PE foam covered with white HDPE plastic to allow the chair to slide in and out without damaging the foam. Below the chair compartment is a large drawer mounted on HD Accuride glides. There is also a storage compartment in the lid to hold a table.
Evertz Microsystems Custom Rack
This case was designed for Evertz Microsystems. The case is designed to hold a custom 40 space unit that weighs 800lbs! The unit needs to travel to different venues and be set up. To accommodate this, heavy duty Colson 4" x 2" casters were used on the rear lid to allow the case to be shipped, and fit through a standard door. The case and unit are extremely heavy; the case is designed to be mechanically lifted by the inner rack shell. In case a forklift or crane are not available, 28 deep recessed handles were used to allow the case to be manually lifted.
Eaton Electrical Switch Pelican 1690 Case
This case was built for the Eaton Electric Corp as a salesman sample case. The design is based around a Pelican 1690 case and features a CNC cut foam insert for the switch. The insert holds the switch with the lever facing down to make it easier to remove from the case. The insert accomodates the power handle in the up or down position.
Topcon Medical Slit Lamp Case
This case was designed for Topcon Medical to transport their delicate Slit Lamps to trade shows. The case features multiple compartments for various sizes of the companies models. Each compartment is foam lined to match a particular unit and its accessories. The two halves of the case are divided by a foam lined hinged door keeping the contents in each compartment during transportation
Boeing F18 Flight Simulator Case
This case was designed to hold the forward portion of a Boeing F18 flight simulator for use during trade shows. The case features a 2" PE foam lined interior wrapped in black carpet to allow for shock absorption and durability.

Custom ASI Graphics Panel Sales Sample Case
This case was built for Architectural Systems Incorporated. The case is designed to hold sample boards of ASI's products. The exterior of the case is built out of lightweight 1/4" plywood and features a telescoping aluminum handle and inboard dolly casters. The exterior also features a custom full color graphics panel of the customers logo printed on ABS plastic. The interior of the case is lined with crosslink foam, which is a class A surface to prevent any abrasion marks that standard foam may leave.
