Tour Grade Transport Case For A Jura Z6 Espresso Machine
This heavy-duty tour case built by LM Cases is designed for the Jura Z6 espresso machine for the Florida Panthers Hockey Team. The machine is held in a custom tray featuring a foam insert that contours the unique shape of the machine. The case also holds 20 cans of Illy espresso.
The Jura Z6 machine is held in a removable tray. This tray allows the machine to be lifted out of the trunk easily. The tray is built from PE foam and finished with ¼” marine grade plastic. The tray contours the unique shape of the machine and holds it in place when the case is transported. The insert also has a custom slot for the machine’s power cable. This tray assembly allows the machine to be loaded outside of the case and lifted out via long straps. A storage compartment for 20 cans of Illy espresso cans is provided under the espresso machine.
The case exterior is built from heavy duty ½” plywood laminated with Black ABS plastic. The case construction is designed to be transported by plane. To aid in loading via conveyer belt, all sides of the case feature ½” marine grade plastic runners. These runners prevent any hardware from catching or snagging the conveyer belt. The hardware set includes 6 deep recessed handles. The handles are positioned to allow easy moving of the case on its casters or resting on its back. Recessed lid stays are included to prevent accidentally closing the case lid when loading/unloading the machine. 4” Casters are provided and mounted via ¾” plywood caster board.

2020 Amenities Case - Executive Compact
This case is designed to be a fully integrated craft services unit. The case features a bold wood grain laminate that emulates bourbon barrels. The case will stand out in any green room, office, or lobby. The case features a 115 can refrigerator. The refrigerator features a digital temperature display, LED lighting, wire racks, and a glass display door. A commercial grade Keurig® is mounted on a slide out shelf. The Keurig® is held in place with a custom CNC cut piece of marine grade plastic to prevent movement during transport. A 20 capacity display rack is located next to the Keurig® to provide quick access to K-Cups. A LM Tour Systems power distribution unit is located above the Keurig®. This power distribution unit provides 8 Edison outlets, 8 high powered USB outlets and two Powercon outlets for expansion. 3 HD drawers are provided for storage. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic birch plywood and is laminated on the interior & exterior.

We took the design of the 2012 model and updated a few key features, the hot dog maker was replaced with a small George Foreman grill allowing greater options for mobile food prep. We also added more texture coated surfaces and removed foam for easier clean up.

LM Cases Deluxe Amenities Case

The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood laminated with black abs plastic, and rides on 3.5" casters.
University Of Georgia Amenities Trunk
This case was designed for the University of Georgia football program. The case features a refrigerator and microwave as well as a coffee pot mounted on to a slide out shelf, the coffee pot also comes standard with 2 stainless steel travel mugs. For storage, the case features 2 shelves covered with a latched door as well as an extra deep drawer. There are also table legs mounted in each of the cases two removable lids.
