Yamaha CS-R5 Rivage PM5 Road Case w/Doghouse
This custom case was built for Mohegan Sun casino for the Yamaha Rivage CS R5 Control Surface. The case interior is lined with custom CNC cut foam that contours the unique shape of the console. The console is held in place from the bottom and back in a Baltic Birch enclosure. The rear of the console is hidden by a doghouse. Built from ¾” Baltic Birch, the doghouse features a double hinged top lid and 2 removable rear vented panels with Southco latches.
Below the console are 2 slide out utility shelves on the left and right sides. Each shelf is mounted on HD Accuride glides and features a black Formica laminated work surface. A center mounted keyboard tray is provided. The keyboard tray features a routed XLPE foam wrist rest and a stainless-steel pull handle. Dual retractable headphone hangers are provided on the far right and left sides of the console. 2 fully articulating monitor arms are provided. 2 monitor compartments are provided in the case lid to accommodate a 24” screen with the monitor arm remaining attached.
The case exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. The exterior features 2 prints of the Mohegan Sun silkscreen. The case features 20 deep recessed handles between the 3 portions and the caster board. 6 – 4” Colson casters are provided mounted to a ¾” full size caster board. The case tray features ½” marine grade plastic runners to support it when using tables, stands or EZ Tilts.
