16U Portable HD Server Rack w/KVM Section & Storage Drawer
This is a heavy duty 16U portable server transport rack manufactured for SNA Displays. The rack is designed to hold rack mount servers and other video processing equipment. The rack features an external 2U section for a KVM located above the main rack section. A storage drawer and external 4U patch section is also provided.
36RU Portable Data Center Transport Network Server Rack
This is a large format portable heavy duty rack mount case designed for moving servers and network equipment between sites. Primarily designed for moving equipment between integration shops and data centers, this rack can also be used in installed applications. The inner rack shell is built out of ½” plywood finished with black ABS plastic. Square captive nut rail is mounted at the front & rear of the rack shell. The 36” deep shell features 35” of usable rail to rail depth. The inner shell is isolated from the exterior case via 2” foam on all sides. 3.5” deep lids are secured by 6 latches each. The case exterior is built out of ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. 14 deep recessed handles are mounted in ergonomic positions on all four sides of the rack. 2 x 2 configuration handles are mounted on the side of the case to provide 2 handles for lifting, and 2 for pulling. A 1 x 2 handle pattern are mounted on each lid. 1 handle is positioned for a center pull, with the bottom 2 handles providing lift points. The case rides on 4” x 2” Colson HD casters mounted on a ¾” plywood caster board. 2 casters lock.
6RU Flyable Network Switch Rack For Dusty/Industrial Environments
This rack is designed to provide isolated dust proof storage of networking equipment in installed dusty and industrial applications. The rack can be flown or floor mounted. The case is designed to pull cool air through the bottom and exhaust hot air through the case sides. At max flow rate, the air in the rack will be replaced 90 times per min.
32 RU Portable Server Noise Isolation Rack
This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable server rack for use at trade shows. The case holds 32RU of gear in a shock isolated inner shell to prevent damage to the delicate servers. To dampen the noise of the server fans, the inner shell features 10 ultra low noise cooling fans and 3/8” thick clear Lexan doors at the front and back of the shell.
L3 Noise Reducing Server Isolation Rack
This case was designed for L3 Power Paragon as a portable solution to reduce the noise of their ruggedized servers that were being used in an office environment. The case provides a 16RU shock mounted rack section for the servers, in addition to a 1RU LCD Console section and a 4RU patch section. The case is designed to target specific fan noise frequencies and reduce them by 15 - 20 decibels. The case works by enclosing the servers and moving large amounts of air around them to keep them cool. Several fans pull cold air in through the bottom and additional fans exhaust the hot air through the top of the case. Each ultra quiet fan is rated at 18 decibels.
Evonik Portable Server Rack
This case was built for Evonik Industries as a way to transport servers to and from events. The case features a 12RU server section with a dedicated 1RU KVM section and a 4RU patch section. In addition to the rack sections, the case also features a storage drawer for power cables and other accessories. The case features a custom rack panel, PDU and fans installed by the LM Cases Custom Integration department.
Sharp Electronics Portable Server Rack
This case was designed for Sharp Electronics USA to be used as a portable data transfer rack. The rack section has 12RU of rackable height with an overall depth of 40" and features 8 intake and exhaust fans for cooling. The rack features lockable 3/8" thick clear Lexan doors on the front and back to prevent tampering with the servers. Mounted above the server rack section is a Tripplite KVM switch that provides a monitor and keyboard/mouse to the servers. The front of the case also features a storage drawer that is built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch and mounted on HD Accuride glides.

This case was designed for the University Of Nebraska's football video department. The case is designed to hold the departments video servers for road games.
San Diego State Video Server Workstation
This case was built for San Diego state for their recent bowl game. The case features a shock mounted rack shell with space for 3 1RU servers. The case features 4 Baltic birch drawers mounted on HD glides for storage.
University Of Michigan Video Server Rack
This case was integrated by Thalner Labs for the University of Michigan, the case is designed to transport video servers. The case features a 30" deep foam shock mounted inner rack shell with captive nut box rails mounted front and rear.
Portable Server Rack For Oracle Sun Fire X4140 Server
This case is designed to transport an Oracle Sun Fire X4140 server. The case and inner rack shell are built from 3/8" plywood. The inner rack shell is 30" deep and surrounded by 2" foam and features front and rear pre tapped rack rail.
Cisco Chooses LM Cases For Their Mobile Server Rack
This case was designed to house Cisco servers used in mobile applications. The case is built out of 1/2" plywood, and features a 1/2" inner rack shell mounted in 2" of foam to provide shock protection. The rack holds 21RU of gear features a 33" deep shell to accommodate the extra deep servers. The case features all recessed hardware and 4" x 2" HD casters mounted on a Birch pad.
