The interior features an adjustable, removable shelving system sized for the team’s custom canvas pant bags, with a standalone Baltic birch inner shell isolated from the outer case by foam to protect contents from impact.
The lid includes multiple configurable compartments with clear Lexan doors for storing small items, while the exterior is constructed from durable laminated plywood with recessed hardware. Designed for heavy travel use, the case offers multiple handling options, smooth mobility on casters, and protective runners, making it a rugged and flexible solution for team equipment transport.
NY Jets Custom Coffee & Sewing Workstation
This custom mobile workstation case was built for the New York Jets equipment management staff, combining a coffee station and sewing workstation in a portable trunk design.
The coffee section features a commercial-grade Keurig mounted on a slide-out shelf with a custom CNC-cut bracket and foam retention to keep the machine secure during transport. Power is supplied through a 30 ft retractable cable reel, eliminating the need for a separate power cable. Storage includes three drawers with inserts for up to 240 K-Cups and a small wire rack for additional coffee supplies.
The workstation also includes dedicated storage for a Singer 4411 sewing machine and a drawer with thread dowels for organizing spools. All drawers are built from ½” Baltic Birch, mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides, and lined with carpet and marine-grade plastic dividers for durability and organization.
Above the drawers is a large storage compartment, and the removable front lid converts into a table with folding legs. The case exterior is constructed from ½” plywood laminated with forest green ABS, finished with recessed hardware and 4” casters for durability and mobility.
