The 3RU Pocket Door Rack – 23" Deep Shell by LM Cases is a compact low-profile touring rack designed for professional audio, video, broadcast, networking, and live production applications requiring portable rack protection with integrated pocket door functionality. Built in a 3RU configuration with a 23" deep rack shell, the case is optimized for shallow-depth equipment such as wireless microphone systems, DSP processors, networking switches, playback systems, comm systems, and compact control infrastructure.
As part of LM Cases’ Lo Profile Pocket Door Rack series, the front and rear doors fold upward into the top of the rack body rather than into side storage compartments like traditional pocket door racks. This design allows true pocket door functionality in smaller rack unit configurations while eliminating removable lids and minimizing setup footprint in tight backstage, broadcast, and mobile production environments.
The rack provides full front and rear equipment access while maintaining a compact touring footprint ideal for flypacks, portable control systems, RF racks, and corporate AV systems. Optional configurations can include shock mounting, power distribution, venting, fan cooling, cable management, and custom IO integration tailored to specific workflows.
