Large Format Tour Workbox For Projector Storage

This custom LM Cases workbox was built for the Atlanta Falcons as part of a portable touring office designed for professional football game day operations. The case features eight heavy-duty drawers in a protected “case within a case” design, including custom foam-lined compartments for multiple projectors and organized storage for cables and support equipment. Built to standard truck pack dimensions with under-bus clearance, the rugged ABS-laminated exterior, branded graphics, and heavy-duty caster system ensure safe transport in demanding touring environments.

Panasonic ET-D3LEU100 Short Throw Lens Case

The Panasonic ET-D3LEU100 Short Throw Lens Case by LM Cases is a custom protective transport case engineered specifically for the Panasonic ET-D3LEU100 ultra-short-throw projector lens used with Panasonic 3-Chip DLP laser projector systems. Designed for touring, rental, staging, immersive projection, and live event environments, the case provides secure transport and storage for one of Panasonic’s large-format fixed-focus ultra-short-throw lenses.
The ET-D3LEU100 lens features a 0.37:1 ultra-short-throw ratio and zero-offset optical design, allowing massive image projection from extremely short distances in immersive environments, projection mapping installations, broadcast sets, corporate AV, museums, and large-scale live productions.
LM Cases designed the transport case with custom CNC-cut foam inserts to fully support and isolate the lens body, protecting sensitive optics, mounting hardware, and exterior surfaces during shipping and touring. The case construction utilizes laminated plywood, recessed touring hardware, reinforced aluminum extrusion, and heavy-duty hardware designed to withstand demanding production environments while maintaining organized, deployment-ready transport.

Panasonic ET-D3LET80 Projector Lens Case

he LM Cases Panasonic ET-D3LET80 Projector Lens Case is a custom ATA-style transport solution designed to safely protect and transport the Panasonic ET-D3LET80 long-throw projector lens used with high-end 3-chip DLP projection systems. Built for Panavid, the case is engineered specifically for professional AV rental, staging, touring, and live event environments where projector lenses require maximum protection during transport and deployment.
The interior features a precision CNC-cut foam insert with non-abrasive Crosslink foam cradles that support the lens at critical stress points while protecting delicate optical surfaces from movement, vibration, and impact. The Crosslink foam construction allows the lens to be transported without lens caps if desired, improving deployment speed while reducing handling complexity. A black carpeted center section provides additional protection and a clean professional finish.
The exterior case is constructed from lightweight ¼-inch plywood laminated with durable ABS plastic and finished with recessed handles and flat triangle corners for efficient stacking, shipping, and touring applications. Custom branding and identifier stencils help simplify inventory management and lens identification in rental and production environments.
