This custom video flypack case built by LM Cases for the Pennsylvania Entertainment Group is a compact, all-in-one mobile production system designed for seated operation. It features a flip-up lid with dual 24” Dell Ultrasharp monitors, integrated audio monitors, LED task lighting, a slide-out work surface, multiple shock-mounted rack sections, and storage drawers.
The system includes dedicated mounting for video switchers, camera control units, and PTZ controllers, along with courtesy power and charging ports throughout. Gas-spring-assisted lids, organized cable looms, recessed rack rails, and configurable storage drawers enhance usability and protection. Constructed from rugged laminated plywood with heavy-duty hardware and field casters, the flypack is built for reliable performance in live production and touring environments.
Broadcast CCU / Switcher Rack Flypack
This custom ENG broadcast rack case was built for Panavid to support mobile broadcast and production workflows.
The case features an upper 12U rack section designed for preview monitors and scopes, along with a perpendicular 1U rack space for a Clear-Com base station. Behind the rack are three storage drawers with configurable dividers for organizing accessories and equipment.
A locking center drawer houses a Blackmagic ATEM switcher and Panasonic camera controller, with additional rack space for a router panel and an integrated wrist rest for operator comfort.
The lower section includes a 24” deep 12U rack with adjustable rail sets for additional broadcast gear. Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features recessed handles, locking casters, and removable lids with table legs, making it a durable and mobile solution for broadcast environments.
Custom Installed Video Flypack w/Pocket Doors
This custom video flypack was built for Clair Global as part of an installed production system for a casino.
The top lid includes two 12U rack bays for video monitors and a foldable sunshade made from marine-grade plastic to improve screen visibility during use. Below the lid is a Formica-laminated work surface and a sliding workstation with multi-position locking glides.
Behind the work surface is a dual 4U rack section for patch panels, along with two 9U rack sections featuring adjustable rails for additional video equipment. The rack fronts use pocket doors, while the rear remains open for easier access and airflow.
The case is constructed from ABS-laminated plywood with recessed hardware, stacking caster wells, and 4” Colson casters, creating a durable mobile system for internal video production operations.
Video Flypack For Installed Applications
This custom video production cart was designed for theatrical applications, featuring an all-black finish to blend into stage environments.
The cart includes a dual-monitor Ergotron mount that allows operators to position screens for both stage viewing and multiview monitoring. The work surface features foldable side wings to expand the workspace and includes a dimmable LED gooseneck light module for illumination and rack lighting control.
A 16U rack section provides space for video processing equipment, with front and rear LED lighting, recessed rack rails, and vented protective lids with cable pass-throughs. Built from Baltic Birch with a textured finish and mounted on casters, the cart offers a durable and mobile workstation for live production environments.

The system features an angled rack section with folding monitor arms that allow two monitors to rotate and adjust for optimal viewing. Integrated power outlets, USB charging ports, and a custom patch panel with SDI and Cat6 connections provide convenient connectivity for video production equipment.

The flypack integrates custom rack-mounted IO panels, professional power distribution, and organized cable management into a rugged ATA-style road case platform optimized for mobile production workflows. The Triple Wide Video Flypack w/Articulating Monitor Arms by LM Cases is a large-format touring video production workstation designed for live event, broadcast, esports, and corporate AV applications requiring a fully integrated mobile control environment. Originally built for House Right Production, the system combines multiple rack bays, articulating monitor systems, custom IO integration, and expansive work surfaces into a single truck-pack-friendly flypack solution.
The flypack features three independently mounted monitor positions utilizing folding upright poles and Chief K2W articulating monitor arms, allowing each display to be positioned forward/backward, side-to-side, and rotated between portrait or landscape orientations. The monitors remain attached to their articulating arms during transport and store safely within custom CNC-cut foam compartments designed to support both the displays and mounting hardware without placing stress on the monitor chassis. Custom monitor looms carrying HDMI and power are integrated into the system for clean deployment and cable management.
