Single Position Video Broadcast Workstation
This custom video flypack case was built for SoCal Rentals. The case is designed to be a prewired, quickly deployable video production rig.
The case features an angled rack section built from ¾” Baltic Birch plywood finished with black textured coating. This section includes a top shelf that has 2 folding monitor arms. Each arm features a Chief mount that allows the monitors to rotate 360 degrees and be positioned front to back and left to right. Each arm includes a custom locking IEC / HDMI cable loom. 2 LM Tour Systems DSK-AC boxes are provided for courtesy desktop power. Each box is loaded with a Leviton AC duplex outlet with USB A & C charge ports. A custom 2U patch panel is included that features 3 SDI jacks and 2 Cat6 jacks. 6 blank D-punches are included for future expansion. Power is brought into the system via a custom inlet box with a Hubbell 5278 inlet wired to a duplex outlet. A 25’ LM Tour Systems 12awg HD power cable is included. All wiring was handled by the LM Cases Custom Integration Dept.
The main work surface features a flip up table. This table is built from ¾” Baltic birch plywood, laminated with black Formica and wrapped in rubber T-molding. Below the work surface are 2 Crosslink foam lined monitor storage compartments. Each compartment is designed to hold a 24” monitor with the Chief arm remaining attached.
The case exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. Per customer request, the top removable lid features a unique “L” shape allowing full side access to the work surface. The case featured deep recessed hardware and rides on 4” Colson casters. The front 2 casters are locking.

Compact Guitar Tech Case For Fly Dates
This case is designed for the touring guitar tech who needs a smaller workbox for fly dates and smaller venues. The case features a ½” black marine grade plastic deck piece. The deck includes 2 fold outs designed to expand the work surface and hold the guitar in place by its body and neck. Each of the fold outs are mounted via position control hinges. These hinges perform in the same way as a laptop screen allowing the fold outs to be mounted at any angle along a 90-degree plane. The neck support features rubber bushings arranged in a “V” to allow the gripping of any neck shape. The body support features a piece of purple crushed velvet foam and a “V” shaped piece of ½” marine grade plastic to lock the guitar in place via the strap button.
