Custom Case For 2 Hannay AV2 Cable Reels w/Hidden Trap Doors

This custom LM Cases cable reel case was built for AV Technik to transport and deploy two Hannay AV2 reels in a compact, truck-pack footprint. The design features hidden trap doors that allow cable to be pulled while the lid remains on the case—ideal for clean corporate setups or outdoor OB use.
Each reel mounts to a removable board with rubber isolation feet, allowing the reels to be used outside the case without the metal frame contacting the ground. The boards lock securely into a 2.5” PE foam-lined tray.
Constructed from 3/8” plywood laminated in black ABS, the case includes recessed handles, stacking caster wells, 4” locking Colson casters mounted to a ¾” caster board, and custom AV Technik branding.
