Coach To Player Helmet Charging Trunk (12 Helmets / 44 iPads)
This custom LM Cases charging and storage case is designed to securely hold and power 12 helmets and 44 iPads. Each helmet is housed in an individual marine-grade plastic compartment with a high-power USB-C charging port that delivers up to 30 watts with smart power regulation. The case includes four heavy-duty drawers, each holding 11 iPads separated by removable dividers for organized storage.
Power is supplied through a 30-foot retractable cable reel and distributed internally using True1 power connections. Built from laminated ½” plywood with durable hardware, recessed handles, ventilation, and large locking field casters, the case is engineered for mobility, durability, and efficient device charging in demanding team environments.
12 Capacity Helmet Sideline Trunk w/Coach To Player Charging Drawer
This custom sideline trunk was built for Arkansas State University to store and transport 12 football helmets and related equipment.
The trunk features 12 individual helmet compartments made from Baltic Birch with a durable textured finish and recessed ventilation. Six compartments are secured with clear Lexan doors and Southco slam latches for added protection.
The case also includes eight heavy-duty storage drawers, with one dedicated charging drawer for coach-to-player communication units. The charging system includes AC outlets, USB-A and USB-C ports, and Powercon connections, along with a 30 ft retractable power cable reel for convenient power access.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the trunk is equipped with recessed handles and large 8” field casters for durability and easy mobility on the sidelines.
Colorado State Sideline Helmet Repair Workstation
The Colorado State Sideline Helmet Repair Workstation by LM Cases is a fully integrated mobile sideline repair station designed for collegiate and professional football operations. Built for Colorado State University, the workstation combines organized helmet storage, tool management, power distribution, and a durable repair surface into a single deployable touring trunk optimized for fast in-game equipment repairs and sideline workflows.
The case is designed to store up to six backup football helmets while providing technicians and equipment managers with immediate access to repair tools, small parts, and maintenance supplies during games and practices. Multiple integrated storage compartments and heavy-duty drawers allow organized storage of hardware, tools, replacement parts, tape, and repair accessories, while the built-in work surface provides a stable area for helmet adjustments and emergency repairs between plays.
Integrated power distribution supports chargers, powered tools, and sideline electronics, creating a self-contained workstation for modern football equipment operations.
