32 Capacity iPad Charging Trunk For The Chicago Cubs
This custom transport case built by LM Cases is designed to hold 32 iPads for the Chicago Cubs. The case was specified by the customer to use the Apple factory cables and power bricks to charge each device. The case design allows iPads to slide into each individual compartment with easy access to standard AC outlets in the back allowing users to provide their own charging brick and cable.
Each iPad is stored in an individual compartment that can accommodate a variety of protective cases. Dado slots are routed into non-abrasive Crosslink foam with 1/8” plastic dividers between each device. The closed cell Crosslink foam allows even rubber cases to slide in and out easily.
The LM Cases Custom Integration department installed 32 individual AC outlets in the rear electronics compartment in the case. These are provided as a generic power solution allowing users to provide their own charging brick. This generic concept also allows non-Apple tablets or other devices to charge in the case. The AC outlet banks are summed into a retractable 30ft cable reel which prevents the need for a separate power cable for the system. The rear electronics compartment is separated from the storage compartment by 2 trap doors with HD latches. Should additional access be required, the internal trap doors can be quickly removed.
The exterior case is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with dark blue ABS plastic. The case features a hinged front lid with a pop-up table for an additional work surface. The pop-up table is built from ¾” Baltic Birch plywood, laminated with black Formica and finished with rubber T-mold edge banding. The hardware set includes 6 deep recessed handles and flat triangle corners. The case rides on 5 – 4” Colson casters. A dedicated caster is located under the front hinged lid for support and is locking to keep the lid in place. 2 locking casters are located at the lid split to further keep the case locked in place while in use. The casters are mounted via a ¾” plywood caster board. The case is designed with truck and bus packs in mind. The OD width and depth are 25” x 30”. The 25” dimension allows for quarter pack in a semi-trailer with the 30” dimension allowing for a third pack in a 90” truck. The max height of the case is 33.5” tall allowing it to fit in standard bus bays.

This custom radio charging workstation by LM Cases was designed for Boise State University to securely store and charge multiple walkie-talkie bases. Dual Source Temporary Site Power System - 15 Amp 1 Phase
The LM Cases Dual Source Temporary Site Power System is a portable power solution designed to supply AC, USB, and Neutrik True1 locking outlets for applications such as mobile offices, command centers, locker rooms, and athletic sidelines.
The system can operate from two power sources: a 125 ft electrified cable reel connected to standard 15-amp AC power or a built-in 18-amp generator for off-grid operation. Both the generator and cable reel are mounted on heavy-duty slide-out shelves, allowing the generator to extend or be placed remotely while remaining connected to the system.
Power distribution is managed through the LM Tour Systems D S/1 output panel, which includes multiple duplex AC outlets, USB charging ports, and True1 locking connectors. The panel is divided into three protected power banks, each with its own breaker and power meter to monitor voltage and amp draw.
The system is housed in a durable ABS-laminated plywood case with recessed handles, removable lids, marine-grade protective runners, and 6” locking field casters, making it suitable for rugged transport and temporary site deployment.

This custom transport and charging case is designed to store and charge up to 16 iPads, accommodating both standard and Pro models.
Each device is protected in custom-cut, non-abrasive Crosslink foam compartments, with removable inserts that adjust the height for smaller iPads. The case includes a custom LM Tour Systems charging unit with 16 USB ports and USB-C cable looms, allowing all devices to charge simultaneously.
Power is supplied through a 15 ft heavy-duty cable with locking Powercon connectivity, and an additional Powercon outlet allows linking multiple systems or adding courtesy power outlets.

6RU Flyable Network Switch Rack For Dusty/Industrial Environments
This rack is designed to provide isolated dust proof storage of networking equipment in installed dusty and industrial applications. The rack can be flown or floor mounted. The case is designed to pull cool air through the bottom and exhaust hot air through the case sides. At max flow rate, the air in the rack will be replaced 90 times per min.

This case was designed for Apple as a portable computing work station. The case features a hinged top lid supported by gas springs. A main work surface with a custom IO panel is provided for laptops. A 16RU rack section with a pocket door and rear access door is provided for equipment storage.
Portable Game Film Trunk With 60” TV
This case was built for West Memphis High School for portable game films. The case features a 60” monitor installed on a HD tour grade electric lift. The lift is controlled with a hardwired remote control that can either be used in the case or handheld. The monitor is wired to a custom IO box that features Neutrik® HDMI and Cat5 jacks. A recessed Hubbell power inlet is the main input source of power. A 25’ 12awg HD extra hard usage power cable is included.

32 RU Portable Server Noise Isolation Rack
This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable server rack for use at trade shows. The case holds 32RU of gear in a shock isolated inner shell to prevent damage to the delicate servers. To dampen the noise of the server fans, the inner shell features 10 ultra low noise cooling fans and 3/8” thick clear Lexan doors at the front and back of the shell.
Boeing 6 Capacity Monitor Trade Show Shipping Case
This case was designed for Boeing to transport 6 monitors for use on a custom display cart. The case holds 3 Samsung 60" & 75" monitors in an upright configuration. Due to the size of the monitors, the design allows them to slide into compartments so minimal lifting is required to load and unload the case.

This case was built for Evonik Industries as a way to transport servers to and from events. The case features a 12RU server section with a dedicated 1RU KVM section and a 4RU patch section. In addition to the rack sections, the case also features a storage drawer for power cables and other accessories.
