Custom Vox AC30S1 Road Case
This custom case is designed for the Vox AC30S1. The amplifier is held in place by custom CNC cut PE foam. The amp is surrounded by 1” foam on the top and sides with 2” PE foam underneath. The bottom foam insert allows the rubber feet on the amp to float with the bottom cabinet being fully supported. A 14” wide x 8” deep x 2” tall accessory compartment is provided under the amp for additional storage.
The case exterior is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The removable lid features 4 deep recessed caster wells allowing the case tray to be stacked on the lid to elevate the amp during a performance or like sized cases to be stacked. A centered top handle is provided to help with pushing/pulling the case during transport. 2 side mounted deep recessed handles are also provided. The case rides on 3.5” casters mounted via a ¾” plywood caster board. The front 2 casters are locking.
