Boeing Chooses LM Cases For Troemner Test Weight Case
This case was designed for Boeing. The case is designed to hold 6 Troemner calibration weights in a custom CNC cut insert made out of 4lb PE foam.
Bowling Green Locker Room Trunk
This case was designed for Bowling Green. The case is designed to be used as a general storage unit for players at away games. Each compartment is large enough to hold player shoes, jackets or any other misc items like cell phones or car keys. The case compartments are also generic enough that should the Bowling Green staff need the case for another application it can be integrated easily.
East Carolina University Custom Sideline Workbox
This case was designed for East Carolina University. The case features 14 drawers mounted on Accuride glides. 5 Drawers on the right side of the case are lockable and feature dividers for glove storage. The top left drawer features a hinged lexan lid as well as multiple compartments for small items such as chin straps; the case lid features a dry erase white board.
Eastern Kentucky Shoulder Pad & Helmet Sideline Trunk
This case was built for Eastern Kentucky University. The case was designed for back up gear and small repair parts storage for use on the sideline during games. The case holds 10 back up helmets on the left side of the case behind a 1/4" Lexan door. The right side of the case holds 3 sets of shoulder pads on a rack. It also features 3 drawers with 10 compartments per drawer, each drawer comes with a 1/4" Lexan cover to keep parts in their compartments as well as keep the rain out.
Custom Stanford Medical Tape Trunk
This case was built for the Stanford Sports Medicine department. The case is built out of 3/8" plywood and features 5 drawers with removable tape caddy's. Each tape caddy is built out of 1/4" plywood and features a removable dowel set to allow each caddy to be used for tape or other miscellaneous storage. Each dowel set features 30 dowels for tape rolls for a total of 150 tape dowels for the case.
Midas XL3 EXT 16 Channel Extender Case
This case was built for Concert Productions. The case is built out of 1/2" plywood laminated with purple ABS, and features a 2 piece removable lid, 3/4" birch hi-gloss doghouse, and 4" casters.
Custom LM Cases Mic Trunk
This case was built using our Econo #2 design. The case features a removable tray with a custom CNC cut foam insert to hold 8 Shure SM57/58's, 3 Shure Beta98's, 4 Shure Beta91's, 1 Shure Beta 52, 2 Sennheiser MD421's, and 4 Radial JDI's.
Yamaha LS9-16 Flight Case
This case is designed for a Yamaha LS9-16 mixing console. The case is built out of 3/8" plywood and features a 2" foam lined interior with 3 1/2" casters.
Custom Pink 4 Drawer Workbox
Sick of a plain black workbox? Try pink! This workbox is built from 3/8" plywood and features 4 drawers mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides. The front lid is hinged and the case features 5 - 4" Colson casters, and 12 recessed handles.
Custom Sanyo PLC-ZM5000L Projector Case
This case was designed and built for Panavid. The case is designed to hold a Sanyo PLC-ZM5000L projector, 3 lenses and 8 spaces of rack equipment. Panavid primarily uses the case for corporate events, keeping the case aesthetically pleasing as well as functional was a top priority. The projector is designed to be used with the top lid of the case on to allow a finished look. We created an angled piece of PE foam to elevate the front of the projector to allow for a proper viewing angle. If a steeper angle is needed, they can simply remove the lid and use the integrated feet to achieve the desired angle.
Custom ATA Drum Hardware Case
This case is built out of our proprietary 1/4" composite panels laminated with stucco aluminum. The case features 4 black carpet lined compartments for hardware storage, inboard dolly casters, custom black rivets and a custom silkscreen of the customer's logo.
Panasonic PT DZ12000U Projector ATA Case
This case was built to hold a Panasonic DZ12000U projector. The exterior case features 3/8" plywood, 3.5" casters and stacking caster wells in the lid. The interior case holds the projector in a 2" foam lined compartment, there is also a custom compartment for the ET-D7SLE6 lens.
Booz Allen Hamilton 26” NEC Monitor/Levono Laptop Case
This case was built for Booz Allen Hamilton for their touring trade show department. The case is built out of our proprietary 1/2" composite panels and is outfitted with a 1/4" aluminum forklift guard around the bottom of the case. The exterior also feature stacking caster wells mounted in 3/4" birch plywood pads and a custom silkscreen of the companies logo. The interior of the case features a custom CNC cut foam insert that holds 4 - 26" NEC LCD monitors and 5 Levono laptops. There are also two accessory compartments for peripheral cable and misc. storage.
Triple Wide Flat Panel Shock Mounted Rack
This case was designed for Maryland Sound International. The case feature 3 rack sections outfitted with front and rear pre-tapped rail as well as unistrut for cable management. The exterior case as well as the inner rack shell are built out of 1/2" plywood and feature deep recessed handles, 4" x 2" casters, recessed PAL label dish, and a custom silkscreen of the Maryland Sound logo.
75 Capacity iPad ATA Case
This case was designed to hold 75 Apple iPads. There are 3 shelves that hold 25 iPads per shelf in custom Crosslink foam inserts. The Crosslink foam is a Class-A surface that will not scratch or leave abrasive marks on the glass or aluminum surface of the iPad. Each piece of the Crosslink foam insert was cut on our CNC fast wire saw, this allowed each compartment top and bottom foam piece to remain one solid unit to create a stronger and more durable foam insert. Below the iPad shelves, is an accessory compartment to hold the unit's power supplies.
