University Of The Incarnate Word Headset Communications Trunk
This trunk was built for the University Of The Incarnate Word to hold Telex sideline communication equipment. The trunk features a removable 6RU that can be carried up to the pressbox. The removable rack holds 2 BTR-80N base stations, and a 4RU drawer that contains 6 head sets and their receivers. The rack also features a separate compartment to hold the antennas. The trunk features a removable tray to hold 14 belt pack receivers in a custom CNC cut foam insert. Below the removable tray are a set of bars designed to allows the headsets to hang for easy loading and unloading.
Super Duty Cable Trunk 48” x 24”
This case was built for Darmah LLC. The case is built out of 3/4" Baltic birch plywood and finished with black texture coating. All hardware is black powder coated and routed into the plywood creating a "double recess" for a flat pack exterior. The trunk features 4" x 2" Colson casters with a double thick 1.5" plywood bottom for extra support. The trunk interior features a removable divider with a handle routed in for easy removal. The exterior features the 2 color Darmah logo silkscreen.
Professional Wireless PWS LPDA Antenna Case w/Combiner Rack
This case is designed to hold 2 PWS LPDA antennas, and features a removable 2RU rack shell. The antennae are held in a custom CNC cut foam insert that hold them in a nested configuration. The antenna compartment is separated from the rack via a pieces of 1/4” marine grade plastic, this prevents the antennae from rubbing against the bottom of the rack shell. The rack shell is built out of 1/2” Baltic Birch plywood and is finished with black texture coating. The shell features 10/32” pre-tapped front & rear rack rail. Each set of rails is recessed .75”, and has a rail to rail rack-able depth of 11.75”. All the interior components are held in a Pelican 1620 waterproof case.
1RU Shure ULX-D 2ch Wireless System IO Panel
This panel is designed to compliment a 2 channel Shure ULX-D wireless system. The panel allows for centralized access of the 2 audio outputs, 2 antenna inputs and link outputs and the Primary and Secondary Dante network ports. The panel is designed to power the receiver(s) and or a network switch from the rear Edison outlets and a Shure battery charger from the front outlets. The panel is 1RU in height and features 2 captive 10/32" screws to allow quick removal of the panel without tools.
Yamaha QL1 Mixing Console Case With Doghouse
This case was designed for Mohegan Sun Casino to hold a Yamaha QL1 digital mixing console. The case features a 1" PE foam lined interior with a custom doghouse built out of 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood.
Q2Cue Production Manager’s Amenities Workbox
This case was design for Q2Cue to be a mobile kitchen for touring productions. The case features a refrigerator, microwave, commercial grade Keurig beverage maker, printer and electric grill. The case functions as the central hub in a production environment allowing team members to grab a bite to eat or a beverage quickly without leaving the job site.
University Of Maine Video Flypack
This video fly pack was designed for the University Of Maine. The LM Cases Custom Integration department handled the installation of the audio visual components and the construction of the custom rack panel. The case features a flip up lid supported by gas springs, a dual 5RU shock mounted rack, slide out work surface with integrated IO panel and a dual 10RU shock mounted rack section.
Lawo Modular Rack Display Case
This case system was designed for the Lawo Group as a modular approach to transport and display their equipment for trade shows. The system is designed around 3RU rack shells, and a storage box that is 3RU in height that stack together allowing for multiple confirguations. The concept allows the racks to remain stacked and locked together in the outer case tray, this expedited the set up and tear down of Lawo's booth.
Dual 15amp Powercon Input Panel
This is a perfect power input panel for systems requiring dual 15amp power inputs from separate sources, the panel can also be beneficial as a master power switch for 2 separate systems when utilizing the breakers as “on/off” switches. Power enters the panel via the Powercon jack and is routed through the breaker then to 2 duplex outlets. The 20amp breaker protects the system from over drawing and or power surges.
The rack chassis is built out of thick .125” brushed aluminum and black anodized. All labels are laser etched.
Lawo MC36 Console Case
This case was designed for YouTube to hold thier Lawo MC36 console. The case is engineered to contour the shape of the console, wrapping the interior foam and doghouse around the angled features and screens. The console is protected by no less than 2" of foam at all points. The case interior features Crosslink foam which is a closed cell material to prevent any scratchers to the console or its screens. The interior also features a 8" deep doghouse that is built out of 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood that is finished with black texture coating.
Chroma Q Color Force 72 Case
This case was built for e33 Productions at MIT University. The case holds 3 ColorForce 72 fixtures in custom CNC cut foam cradles built out of Crosslink foam. The case also features a carpet lined accessory compartment for clamps and cables. The exterior case is built out of 3/8" plywood laminated with black ABS plastic and features 4" Colson casters, stacking caster wells in the lid, recessed lid stay's, and a recessed PAL label dish in the lid.
Utah State Sideline Workbox
This trunk was made for Utah State Athletics for use on their sidelines during games, the trunk is designed to hold tools and parts for repairs between plays. The trunk is designed with fast set up and tear down in mind: the top lid is hinged allowing it to simply flip open, while the front lid is a single panel that magnetically stores on the back of the trunk.
St. Helena Sideline Workbox
This trunk was designed for St. Helena high school for use on their sideline during games. The trunk's top lid features 2 storage compartments and Tilt Lock bins; each Tilt Lock bin has 3 individual compartments for a total of 18 compartments perfect for small parts. The main work surface of the trunk lifts up to reveal 4 compartments for additional storage. Below the main work surface are 2 drawers, the top drawer is divided into 6 compartments, while the bottom drawer is divided into 3 large compartments perfect for back up helmets and other bulky items.
Pelican 1510 Carry On Tech Workbox
This case is designed with the traveling tech in mind, the user configurable dividers can be positioned to hold common items like tape, headphones, tools and adapters. The mesh lid organizer is perfect for small items like pill bottles, batteries, pens and snack bars. The case is large enough to hold every tech’s basic tools and is small enough to fit in the over head storage bins in most commercial airliners. The case is waterproof and features a retractable handle and luggage style wheels.
