6RU Flyable Network Switch Rack For Dusty/Industrial Environments
This rack is designed to provide isolated dust proof storage of networking equipment in installed dusty and industrial applications. The rack can be flown or floor mounted. The case is designed to pull cool air through the bottom and exhaust hot air through the case sides. At max flow rate, the air in the rack will be replaced 90 times per min.
Apple Portable Computing Work Station
This case was designed for Apple as a portable computing work station. The case features a hinged top lid supported by gas springs. A main work surface with a custom IO panel is provided for laptops. A 16RU rack section with a pocket door and rear access door is provided for equipment storage.
2RU Half Rack Width Thunderbolt & USB Desktop IO Panel
This panel is designed to provide USB A, C, Thunderbolt and AC power connections for work surfaces in a half rack format. The panel includes 2 – panel mounted USB 3.0 A-A jacks with 6ft tails and 2 – panel mounted USB C A-A jacks with 3ft tails. A 6ft Thunderbolt cable (USB C Ends) is mounted through a strain relief compression fitting. The compression fitting allows the cable to be fed in and out of the panel without damaging the fragile cable. A duplex outlet with 2 USB A jacks is provided for courtesy power. The duplex outlet is fully enclosed with a back box. A 6ft HD power cable with a standard Edison plug is provided to provide power to the panel. The panel is 3.5” (2RU) tall, 10.5” wide, and requires 7” of depth to accommodate the cable bundle.
Universal Audio Satellite & Apollo Waterproof Transport Case
This case is designed to hold a Universal Audio Satellite desktop DSP accelerator, Apollo audio interface, their power supplies, and Thunderbolt cables. Each item is held in a custom CNC cut PE foam compartment. An accessory area is located under the Satellite for its IEC cable and PSU. An accessory compartment is located under the Apollo for its “wall wart” style PSU. A 5.5” wide x 2.5” deep x 4.5” tall accessory compartment is provided for 2 Thunderbolt cables. The custom foam insert is mounted into a black Pelican 1450 case.
Shure® ULX-D 8 Capacity Hand Held Rack Drawer
This drawer is designed to fit 8 Shure ULX-D Hand held mics. Each compartment is sized to fit all Shure capsules. An accessory compartment is included for general storage. The CNC cut foam insert is glued into a 2RU 18” deep HD rack drawer. The rack drawer features a key lock for security.
ClearCom® HelixNet® 16 Capacity Belt Pack Drawer 3RU
This drawer is designed to hold 16 ClearCom® HelixNet® belt packs. Each belt pack is held in a custom CNC cut compartment. The foam insert is constructed out of PE foam. The insert is installed into a HD 3RU, 18” deep rack drawer.
Clearcom FreeSpeak II 5 Capacity 3RU Rack Drawer
This drawer is designed to hold 5 ClearCom FreeSpeak® belt packs, a ClearCom AC60 charger and batteries. An accessory compartment is included for misc. items. The PE foam insert is custom cut for each item. The foam insert is glued into the drawer.
D1 Power Distribution Box
The LM Tour Systems D1 power distribution box is designed to be a central power hub for mobile racks and integrated systems. Power is introduced to the box via the front Powercon connector. A blue status LED shows when power is present. The 20amp hydraulic master breaker provides control over all outlets and can serve as an on/off switch for systems. A front mounted Powercon loop outlet is provided for linking systems together. This outlet is configured post breaker. A front mounted courtesy duplex is provided with a dedicated 5-amp breaker. The rear of the unit features 3 duplex outlets for a total of 6 outlets in a close proximity configuration. A spaced Edison outlet is provided for larger “wall wart” style plugs that render plugs in a duplex configuration un-usable. An additional rear Powercon® outlet with a blue status light is provided for linking additional items. The D1 can be rack mounted from the front or rear via the removable ears. The unit features rounded front and rear face pieces for a streamlined look when using the unit without its ears attached in a stage box configuration.

This case is designed to be a fully integrated craft services unit. The case features a bold wood grain laminate that emulates bourbon barrels. The case will stand out in any green room, office, or lobby. The case features a 4.5 cu. ft refrigerator, microwave, commercial grade Keurig®, grill, and Sonos® sound system. The case comes fully integrated with all items shown.
Compact Mobile Hospitality & Beverage Road Case with Fridge, Keurig & USB Power
This case is designed to be a fully integrated craft services unit. The case features a bold wood grain laminate that emulates bourbon barrels. The case will stand out in any green room, office, or lobby. The case features a 115 can refrigerator. The refrigerator features a digital temperature display, LED lighting, wire racks, and a glass display door. A commercial grade Keurig® is mounted on a slide out shelf. The Keurig® is held in place with a custom CNC cut piece of marine grade plastic to prevent movement during transport. A 20 capacity display rack is located next to the Keurig® to provide quick access to K-Cups. A LM Tour Systems power distribution unit is located above the Keurig®. This power distribution unit provides 8 Edison outlets, 8 high powered USB outlets and two Powercon outlets for expansion. 3 HD drawers are provided for storage. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic birch plywood and is laminated on the interior & exterior.
MA Lighting GrandMA 3 Compact Lighting Console Case
This case was built for Crossfade Design for their MA Lighting GrandMA 3 console. The console is held in a custom 2” PE lined compartment. Custom CNC cut Crosslink foam blocks hold the console at its palm rest and back. Holes are routed into the bottom foam to hold the console by its feet ensuring that it is always properly located in the case tray.
Coaches Wardrobe Trunk, 18 Capacity With USB Charging Drawer
This trunk was built for Penn State University for coaches who need to dress from the same wardrobe case. The case features a large hanging clothes section with a HD hanging bar. The clothes section features a trap door on the side allowing users to throw dirty clothes in the side of the closed case at the end of an event. Clothes are contained in the hanging section by a heavy duty ¾” thick clear Lexan door. Below the hanging section are 2 heavy duty drawers for storage of socks and undergarments. The left side of the case features 18 storage compartments for folded clothes and shoes. A charging drawer for 10 devices is provided for storage and charging during events. The drawer’s USB outlets are rated to charge most devices including tablets. Power to the case is provided by a retractable 30ft spring loaded power cable on an enclosed reel. The retractable cable allows the case to be easily powered without the need to carry a separate power cable.
Backstreet Boys Touring Costume Wardrobe Trunk
This case was built to hold costumes for the Backstreet Boys world tour. The case features 2 hanging clothes sections and a storage drawer. The hanging clothes sections each feature a HD aluminum bar for hangers. The bar can be adjusted in 3 positions front to back to accommodate a variety of hangers. The heavy duty storage drawer is built out of ½” Baltic Birch and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The hanging clothes sections and drawer are finished with wood grain laminate.
Portable Game Film Trunk With 60” TV
This case was built for West Memphis High School for portable game films. The case features a 60” monitor installed on a HD tour grade electric lift. The lift is controlled with a hardwired remote control that can either be used in the case or handheld. The monitor is wired to a custom IO box that features Neutrik® HDMI and Cat5 jacks. A recessed Hubbell power inlet is the main input source of power. A 25’ 12awg HD extra hard usage power cable is included.
2RU USB/Edison/Powercon® Power Distribution Unit
This power box is designed to provide 8 courtesy Edison and USB outlets to a work surface or rack. The power box also includes 2 Powercon® output jacks for expansion. Common uses for this box include tech work stations where a variety of power outlets are required. The box is constructed out of 1/8” brushed aluminum that is anodized black. Power is supplied via a 3’ HD SOOW cable terminated with a Hubbell Edison plug.
