Sharp Electronics Portable Server Rack
This case was designed for Sharp Electronics USA to be used as a portable data transfer rack. The rack section has 12RU of rackable height with an overall depth of 40" and features 8 intake and exhaust fans for cooling. The rack features lockable 3/8" thick clear Lexan doors on the front and back to prevent tampering with the servers. Mounted above the server rack section is a Tripplite KVM switch that provides a monitor and keyboard/mouse to the servers. The front of the case also features a storage drawer that is built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch and mounted on HD Accuride glides.
Philadelphia Eagles Omegawave Heart Rate Monitor Charging Trunk - 180 Capacity
This case was built for the Philadelphia Eagles to store and charge 180 Omegawave heart rate monitors. The design is based on individual shelves that hold 20 charging bases each, players can remove the monitors and snap them onto the charging unit quickly and easily.
Moo TV Monitor Lift Case
This case was designed for Moo TV for use as information displays and scenic elements on tour. The case is designed to hold a 50" monitor mounted on an electric lift as well as a monitor in a separate compartment as a spare.

Smart 442i Table Trade Show Shipping Case
This case was built for Smart Technologies to transport their 442i interactive tables to trade shows. The case is designed to hold the table in a custom CNC cut foam insert removing all weight from the tables wheels and shock mounting the unit from the top down. The LM Cases design department engineered the foam insert to custom contour the shape of the table ensuring a secure fit, there is also a foam block that features a HDPE plastic laminated to the top to support the unit from its base. This combination method of supporting the unit from the top and bottom allows the wheels to be suspended and not support any of the product weight. The case interior features a diamond plate ramp and floor to allow easy loading and unloading of the table.
MA Lighting MA onPC Command Wing Case
This case was designed for Vincent Lighting Systems to hold a MA Lighting MA onPC command wing lighting controller. The case lid holds a Lenovo all in one PC to interface with the controller while the case bottom holds the physical controller and a slide out keyboard shelf. Power is supplied to the console and PC by a multi outlet strip installed by the LM Cases Custom Integration department.
University Of Oklahoma Locker Room Storage Trunk w/Charging
This case was designed for Oklahoma University for use as a portable storage unit with charging capability. The case features 6 outlets mounted on the top of the left side of the case allowing devices to be charged while the case is closed. The top left drawer features an additional 6 outlets and 10 USB ports; the case has 12 power outlets in total. The USB ports are split into groups of 6: 6 ports handle 12w devices such as tablets while the remaining 6 handle low power 5w devices such as phones.
Carlson Audio Mobile Pro Tools Recording Flypack
This case was designed for Carlson Audio Systems as a portable recording fly pack. The case features a 27" Apple Cinema Display monitor mounted on an articulating mount on a position control board. The case also features storage for 2 Yamaha HS10 monitors, Apple MacPro tower and a 10 space shock mounted rack section.
Advanced Defense Solutions Metal Testing Workstation
This case was built for Advanced Defense Solutions to provide a portable workstation for their factory floor for metal testing. Metal quality control is done by a scanner mounted on a movable gantry, this gantry scanner is hardwired to a rack mounted control unit. The gantry scanner is held in a CNC cut foam insert in a removable drawer; the drawer is mounted on the right half of the case. The top of the drawer is open, allowing the cable to coil and store above the drawer on hooks. A 20RU shockmounted rack is mounted on the left half of the case providing adequate storage for all processors needed to run the scanner. The rack features recessed spring loaded D-Ring shackles which allow multiple points to tether the umbilical cord that runs the gantry scanner, the rack also features recessed fans to provide additional cooling. The rack, drawer and cable storage is built into a single frame to isolate it from the exterior case and provide shock protection.
The top of the case features a 19" ELO touch monitor mounted on a position control hinge board and telescoping monitor mount. The position control hinge board allows the monitor to be tilted at any angle ranging from 90 - 180 degrees. The telescoping monitor mount features a rotating VESA mount allowing the monitor to be orientated in portrait or landscape views in addition to letting the monitor swing to the left or the right. To the right of the monitor, is a black Formica laminated writing surface. The case also features a retractable 30' cable reel eliminating the need for an extension cord to power the case.
World Wrestling Network Portable View Station
This project was designed for the World Wrestling Network as a portable monitoring station for Vince McMahon. The system was designed, built, and installed by the LM Cases Custom Integration department. The system consists of the inner portable view station which designed to blend into corporate environments and its outer case that protects it on the road.
Production Glue Medium Format Modular Workbox
This case was deigned to be part of a 2 case size modular workbox system for Production Glue. The system consists of a large format case (CLICK HERE for more info on the large format case), and a medium sized case that hold 3 and 4 drawer interchangeable stacking drawer units (CLICK HERE for more info on the drawer units). Production Glue offers its services to many diverse clients in different industries at a variety of locations ranging from outdoor sites to small conference centers. This presented a unique challenge to LM to create a case that was practical and large enough to carry all of the items needed, yet understated to blend in to the background at high profile events.

These drawer units were designed for Production Glue to be used as modular inserts for mobile production workboxes. The drawer units are designed to stack with each other for easy storage when outside of their exterior cases.
Sally Beauty Ion Brilliance Trade Show Workbox
This workbox was designed for Sally Beauty Supply to be used as a display case for their Ion Brilliance products at trade shows. The case features 6 utility drawers for storage: each drawer is built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and is individually lockable with a key. The drawers are mounted on heavy duty Accuride drawer glides and are mounted inside of a frame that isolates the drawers from the exterior case. The left half of the case features 2 hanging bars for samples.
University Of Kentucky Hospitality Trunk
This custom amenities trunk is a self-contained mobile hospitality case integrating a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig beverage maker, electric grill, and three heavy-duty storage drawers into one tour-ready unit. Built from 3/8" ATA-rated plywood with ABS laminate, recessed hardware, and casters, it is designed for durability and mobility in athletic, touring, and event environments. All appliances are professionally installed and secured by LM Cases’ in-house Custom Integration Department for turnkey operation.
