16 Space Rugged Server Transit Rack w/Fans & Custom Power Panels
This custom portable server transit case by LM Cases is built for safely transporting servers in touring environments. It features three dedicated rack sections that separate servers from power and control equipment, including a 2U external rack for KVMs, a shock-isolated 16U main server rack with adjustable rails, and a 5U rear rack for power distribution, fan control, and signal I/O.
The main rack includes vented Lexan and marine-grade doors, temperature-controlled exhaust fans, and heavy foam isolation for protection. Integrated power and networking use locking True1 and Ethercon connections, with included power and network cables designed for durability and easy labeling. A heavy-duty storage drawer provides additional space for accessories.
Constructed from laminated ½” plywood with reinforced steel framing, the case is equipped with recessed handles, lockable latches, table-leg lids, and locking casters, making it a rugged, mobile, and tour-ready server transport solution.

The system includes dedicated mounting for video switchers, camera control units, and PTZ controllers, along with courtesy power and charging ports throughout. Gas-spring-assisted lids, organized cable looms, recessed rack rails, and configurable storage drawers enhance usability and protection. Constructed from rugged laminated plywood with heavy-duty hardware and field casters, the flypack is built for reliable performance in live production and touring environments.
43” Fully Integrated Confidence Monitor System
This fully integrated confidence monitor system from LM is built around a 43” 4K display and delivered as a turnkey solution ready for immediate use. The monitor is mounted in a removable, shock-protected caddy constructed from heavy-duty Baltic birch, with rear access panels, ventilation, and internal storage for accessories.
The 43” Sony 4K monitor is securely mounted on steel rails with vibration-isolating bushings and a professional monitor mount. Power and signal connectivity are handled through a dedicated I/O box with locking power, HDMI, and SDI inputs, including onboard SDI-to-HDMI conversion. The system is housed in a durable, mobile flight case with recessed hardware and locking casters, making it ideal for touring, broadcast, and live production environments.
Klang Kontroller Transport Case
This custom LM Cases solution is designed to securely transport a Klang Kontroller. The controller is protected by a CNC-cut PE foam insert with a non-abrasive Crosslink foam block to keep it firmly in place. Behringer Wing Compact Fly Date Waterproof Case
This custom LM Cases solution is designed to safely transport a Behringer Wing Compact mixing console for users shipping via commercial airlines. The console is secured in a precision-cut PE foam insert with nonabrasive Crosslink foam that supports the monitor and a lid-mounted foam block that locks the console in place at the wrist rest.
The insert includes cutouts for the console’s feet and an integrated accessory compartment for cables and accessories. Housed in a waterproof SKB iSeries case, the design provides compact, airline-friendly protection for professional audio transport.
Blackmagic Design URSA Mini Pro w/Fujinon Lens & Viewfinder Camera Chain Case
This custom LM Cases solution is designed to safely transport a Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 4.6K G2 camera chain. Radio Charging Trunk Road Case For Boise State University
This custom radio charging workstation by LM Cases was designed for Boise State University to securely store and charge multiple walkie-talkie bases. The system uses slide-out drawers with custom marine-grade plastic brackets and Velcro restraints to keep radio charging units stable during transport.
Each charging drawer is powered by removable LM Tour Systems DSK-SM power modules with AC outlets and USB charging, all fed through a central True1 power system and a built-in 30-foot retractable cable reel. The case includes three charging drawers and two additional storage drawers, all mounted on heavy-duty slides. The LM Cases Dual 2U Airline Fly Rack is a compact and lightweight portable rack system designed for audio, networking, broadcast, and production equipment that frequently travels by commercial airline. The system includes two removable and stackable 2U rack shells housed inside a lightweight Pelican 1637 Air case with custom high-density foam protection and accessory storage. Each rack shell is constructed from ½” Baltic Birch plywood with front and rear rack rails, textured black coating, recessed stacking features, and optimized rack depth for compact touring and fly date applications. Custom Refrigerator/Microwave/Keurig Amenities Road Case
This custom amenities road case built for Dimensional Worldwide is a fully integrated mobile hospitality and utility station designed for on-site production support. The system houses a refrigerator, microwave, commercial Keurig, printer shelf, folding chair compartment, and multiple storage drawers—each secured within foam-lined Baltic Birch compartments and wired with locking power connections and a built-in retractable cable reel. Constructed with heavy-duty road case hardware, ABS-laminated plywood, and Colson casters, the unit is engineered for reliable transport and fast deployment at live events and touring environments.
Computer Workbox w/Extended Top Work Surface
This custom computer workbox was built for the US Army Field Band and features a 12U shock-mounted rack, heavy-duty drawers, lid storage, and a removable table that expands the workspace between the case body and front lid.
The rack section is isolated with 1” foam and provides 25” rail-to-rail depth. It includes LM Tour Systems power distribution, with a recessed power inlet, duplex outlets, a DSK-SM module, Powercon connectivity, and a 25 ft power cable for reliable power management.
Below the rack are two heavy-duty drawers made from ½” Baltic Birch with Accuride glides and black textured coating. The top drawer offers 4.5” height, while the bottom drawer provides 6.5” height and includes two removable dividers for organization.
The front lid features Rip-Ties for cable storage, two bottle shelves, and a removable table that connects the lid to the case to create a large integrated work surface.
The case exterior is constructed from 3/8” plywood laminated with black ABS, finished with six recessed handles, 4” Colson casters, and a “US ARMY FIELD BAND” stencil for durability and identification.
Custom FOH Workstation For Avid S6L-32D Console
This custom installed workstation was designed to house an Avid S6L-32D console as a permanent house console setup for a theater. The workstation includes dual 14U rack sections, three storage drawers, and an integrated workspace for live sound operation.
Constructed from ¾” Baltic Birch plywood with a black textured finish, the workstation features a 5.25” deep doghouse with a hinged lid to conceal console connections. Two fully articulating Ergotron monitor arms provide flexible screen positioning on either side of the console, and a slide-out keyboard shelf mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides sits beneath the main work surface.
The lower section houses two 14U racks with vented rear doors, along with three drawers for equipment storage, protected by a removable clear Lexan cover. The workstation is finished with recessed Penn Elcom handles and 3.5” Colson casters for mobility.
Dual Source Temporary Site Power System - 15 Amp 1 Phase
The LM Cases Dual Source Temporary Site Power System is a portable power solution designed to supply AC, USB, and Neutrik True1 locking outlets for applications such as mobile offices, command centers, locker rooms, and athletic sidelines.
The system can operate from two power sources: a 125 ft electrified cable reel connected to standard 15-amp AC power or a built-in 18-amp generator for off-grid operation. Both the generator and cable reel are mounted on heavy-duty slide-out shelves, allowing the generator to extend or be placed remotely while remaining connected to the system.
Power distribution is managed through the LM Tour Systems D S/1 output panel, which includes multiple duplex AC outlets, USB charging ports, and True1 locking connectors. The panel is divided into three protected power banks, each with its own breaker and power meter to monitor voltage and amp draw.
The system is housed in a durable ABS-laminated plywood case with recessed handles, removable lids, marine-grade protective runners, and 6” locking field casters, making it suitable for rugged transport and temporary site deployment.
