The LM Cases Triple Wide Rack is a custom 28RU touring rack system designed as the central video processing hub for a 2-year LD Systems / Clair Global world tour. Built with a reinforced 3/4” Baltic Birch tab-and-slot rack shell, adjustable rack rails, integrated cable management, and fully recessed RGB LED lighting, the rack is engineered for large-format touring video and infrastructure systems requiring maximum rigidity, organization, and serviceability. Features include 288 total rack mounting spaces, dual LM Tour Systems LED Control Modules, Neutrik True1 power distribution, and a heavy-duty caster package for arena and world tour deployment.
Shock Mount Rack w/LED Lighting For Analog Snake & Stage Boxes
The LM Cases Custom 64 Channel Analog Split Rack is a shock mounted touring rack designed for transporting and deploying large format analog microphone split systems. Featuring integrated RGB LED lighting, dedicated storage for six 12-channel stringer boxes, and a custom LM Tour Systems LED control system, the rack combines touring-grade durability with enhanced functionality for live sound and production environments.
16 Space Rugged Server Transit Rack w/Fans & Custom Power Panels
This custom portable server transit case by LM Cases is built for safely transporting servers in touring environments. It features three dedicated rack sections that separate servers from power and control equipment, including a 2U external rack for KVMs, a shock-isolated 16U main server rack with adjustable rails, and a 5U rear rack for power distribution, fan control, and signal I/O.
The main rack includes vented Lexan and marine-grade doors, temperature-controlled exhaust fans, and heavy foam isolation for protection. Integrated power and networking use locking True1 and Ethercon connections, with included power and network cables designed for durability and easy labeling. A heavy-duty storage drawer provides additional space for accessories.
Constructed from laminated ½” plywood with reinforced steel framing, the case is equipped with recessed handles, lockable latches, table-leg lids, and locking casters, making it a rugged, mobile, and tour-ready server transport solution.
Computer Workbox w/Extended Top Work Surface
This custom computer workbox was built for the US Army Field Band and features a 12U shock-mounted rack, heavy-duty drawers, lid storage, and a removable table that expands the workspace between the case body and front lid.
The rack section is isolated with 1” foam and provides 25” rail-to-rail depth. It includes LM Tour Systems power distribution, with a recessed power inlet, duplex outlets, a DSK-SM module, Powercon connectivity, and a 25 ft power cable for reliable power management.
Below the rack are two heavy-duty drawers made from ½” Baltic Birch with Accuride glides and black textured coating. The top drawer offers 4.5” height, while the bottom drawer provides 6.5” height and includes two removable dividers for organization.
The front lid features Rip-Ties for cable storage, two bottle shelves, and a removable table that connects the lid to the case to create a large integrated work surface.
The case exterior is constructed from 3/8” plywood laminated with black ABS, finished with six recessed handles, 4” Colson casters, and a “US ARMY FIELD BAND” stencil for durability and identification.
17 Space FOH System Drive Rack w/Drawer
This custom FOH processing rack case is designed to store and transport rack-mounted equipment and accessories for front-of-house audio systems, while also being adaptable for wireless microphone, video processing, or other rack applications.
The case features a shock-mounted 17U rack with front and rear rails, isolated by 2” foam to protect sensitive equipment during transport. A heavy-duty storage drawer made from Baltic Birch provides additional space for miscellaneous gear and accessories.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case includes 4” Colson casters for mobility and custom MSA logo and “FOH Drive” stenciling, making it a durable and clearly labeled solution for live production environments.
Broadcast CCU / Switcher Rack Flypack
This custom ENG broadcast rack case was built for Panavid to support mobile broadcast and production workflows.
The case features an upper 12U rack section designed for preview monitors and scopes, along with a perpendicular 1U rack space for a Clear-Com base station. Behind the rack are three storage drawers with configurable dividers for organizing accessories and equipment.
A locking center drawer houses a Blackmagic ATEM switcher and Panasonic camera controller, with additional rack space for a router panel and an integrated wrist rest for operator comfort.
The lower section includes a 24” deep 12U rack with adjustable rail sets for additional broadcast gear. Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features recessed handles, locking casters, and removable lids with table legs, making it a durable and mobile solution for broadcast environments.
20U Portable Server Transit Rack Case
The LM Cases 20U Portable Server Transit Rack Case is a heavy-duty shock-mounted transport rack designed for safely moving servers and network equipment between facilities, data centers, and live deployment environments. The rack features clear Lexan front and rear doors that allow RFID asset tracking systems to scan equipment without removing servers from the case. A shock-isolated inner rack shell surrounded by protective foam helps safeguard sensitive equipment during transport, while deep front and rear rack rails accommodate modern server hardware.
Additional features include a lower storage compartment for rack hardware and accessories, 270-degree hinged doors, recessed handles, locking latches, protective runners, heavy-duty Colson casters, and unique barcode serial identification for inventory management and asset tracking workflows. Constructed from ABS laminated plywood with tour-grade hardware, the case is designed for durability, mobility, and rapid deployment in professional IT, broadcast, and production environments.
