Triple Wide Tour Grade 28U Video Processing Rack w/Integrated LED Lighting
This triple wide, 28RU rack was built by LM Cases as a central video processing hub for a 2 year world tour deployed by LD Systems a division of Clair Global. The rack will support multiple flypacks that contain control surfaces. Custom recessed, color changing LED lights are provided around the perimeter of each rack bay and maintains a clean, fully recessed installation.
The rack shell is constructed from 3/4” Baltic Birch plywood utilizing a tab-and-slot assembly method throughout the structure. This male/female joinery system provides additional mechanical strength beyond the conventional glue joints and fasteners. All seams and joints are filled for a seamless, monolithic appearance. Additional structural reinforcement is provided by 3” aluminum angle supports in each corner to maintain rigidity during transport and touring use to prevent any stress or torsion from transferring to the rack mount equipment.
Each rack bay provides a maximum rail-to-rail depth of 28” with a 2” front and rear rail recess. Front and rear rails utilize 10-32 pre-tapped rack rail, while dual mid-rail systems use standard server-style square-hole “box” rail for cable management and equipment support. The mid rails were specifically designed to function as cable raceways and tie-off points for large-format SDI and infrastructure cabling.
All rails within the rack are adjustable. Front and rear rails can be repositioned in two fixed locations at 1” intervals, while each mid-rail assembly can be repositioned in three locations at 2” intervals. The complete rail system provides a total of 288 available rack mounting spaces.
Rack lighting was designed and integrated by the LM Cases Custom Integration Department. Each rack bay features fully recessed RGB LED lighting mounted within aluminum channels and finished with translucent diffusers for clean, even illumination. Lighting control is handled by two LM Tour Systems 25-0470 LED Control Modules. These 1RU controllers independently manage the front and rear rack lighting while providing color presets, custom RGB color blending, and dimming functionality.
All lighting connections terminate via 4-pin XLR connectors to simplify servicing and future rack reconfiguration. The lighting control modules utilize Neutrik True1 power connectors and are linked together to simplify cabling. The linked power configuration also provides additional courtesy True1 power outputs for auxiliary equipment.
Power is brought into the case via a LM Tour Systems D 3/1 L21-30 3 phase power distribution unit. This unit provides a 3 phase, 30 amp inlet and looped outlet. 3 - 20 amp front mounted hydraulic breakers are provided for protection. 8 rear duplex outlets are provided for the equipment.
The exterior case shell is constructed from 1/2” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. The hardware package includes recessed side handles along with corner-mounted pull handles to simplify transport and lid handling. The rack rides on a reinforced 1.5” Baltic Birch caster board equipped with six 4” x 2” Colson casters, with the front three casters locking.

17 Space FOH System Drive Rack w/Drawer
This custom FOH processing rack case is designed to store and transport rack-mounted equipment and accessories for front-of-house audio systems, while also being adaptable for wireless microphone, video processing, or other rack applications.
The case features a shock-mounted 17U rack with front and rear rails, isolated by 2” foam to protect sensitive equipment during transport. A heavy-duty storage drawer made from Baltic Birch provides additional space for miscellaneous gear and accessories.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case includes 4” Colson casters for mobility and custom MSA logo and “FOH Drive” stenciling, making it a durable and clearly labeled solution for live production environments.
4RU Flyable Network / DSP Rack For Audio Deployments
This custom flyable network rack was built for Brown Note Productions to position network switches and DSP equipment close to PA arrays.
The system features a welded steel fly frame with a 4U rack, designed to be suspended from a line array bumper. The inner frame includes six forged steel hoist rings—four for load bearing and two for safety tethers—each rated for high load capacity with industry safety certifications.
The rack includes front and rear rack rails, safety blocks to prevent equipment from slipping out, and a marine-grade plastic dust cover with space for cable routing. Vibration isolation mounts separate the inner fly frame from the outer case to protect equipment during operation.
The exterior is built from ABS-laminated plywood with recessed handles, serving as a protective shell while the internal frame supports the load when flown.
Broadcast CCU / Switcher Rack Flypack
This custom ENG broadcast rack case was built for Panavid to support mobile broadcast and production workflows.
The case features an upper 12U rack section designed for preview monitors and scopes, along with a perpendicular 1U rack space for a Clear-Com base station. Behind the rack are three storage drawers with configurable dividers for organizing accessories and equipment.
A locking center drawer houses a Blackmagic ATEM switcher and Panasonic camera controller, with additional rack space for a router panel and an integrated wrist rest for operator comfort.
The lower section includes a 24” deep 12U rack with adjustable rail sets for additional broadcast gear. Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features recessed handles, locking casters, and removable lids with table legs, making it a durable and mobile solution for broadcast environments.
20U Portable Server Transit Rack Case

3RU Pocket Door Rack - 23” Deep Shell
The LM Cases Lo-Pro racks are designed as smaller versions of our Pocket Door Series. These racks are perfect for rental companies and users who need to configure racks per gig. The rails are mounted in slide tracks allowing recesses to be set per application using a standard Philips screwdriver. Each rack contains 3 rail sets. The mid rail set is intended for either rear mounting equipment like amps and drawers or cable management.

The LM Cases 4U studio outboard rack is built from solid ½” walnut finished with a light satin lacquer. Exposed dove tail joints add a beautiful aesthetic in addition to providing a strong bond between the panels. The rack features pre-tapped 10/32” front and rear rack rail recessed ½” with a rail-to-rail dimension of 11”. The rack features 2 black handles and 4 rubber feet.

All hardware and fasteners are finished in black for a sharp contrast to the Birch finish, the rack also features rubber feet for added stability.
12 Space Studio Outboard Rack - 18” Deep Shell
Our standard series of studio racks are designed for outboard processors, interfaces, wireless mics, and any rack mount peripheral. The front rails are recessed 1” to allow for any handles or knobs. The rear rail is recessed ½”, with a rail to rail dimension of 16.5”. The 27” max height will still fit under most desks.
