1RU Color Changing LED 12v Power Supply Module For Road Cases
The LM Tour Systems 25-0470 Rack Mount LED Controller & Power Supply is a professional, tour-grade solution for adding integrated color-changing LED lighting to road cases, equipment racks, workboxes, flypacks, and custom AV systems.
Designed and built by LM Tour Systems specifically for mobile production environments, the 25-0470 eliminates the need to rely on consumer-grade LED controllers and power supplies that were never intended to withstand the demands of touring. The compact 1RU chassis combines the power supply, RGB controller, user interface, and lighting distribution into a single rack-mount package that is easy to integrate into both new and existing systems.
The front panel features an OLED display and rotary control for quick access to the unit's lighting functions. Seven factory color presets include white, red, green, blue, cyan, magenta, and yellow. For applications requiring a specific color, each red, green, and blue channel can also be independently adjusted from 0–255, allowing custom colors and different shades of white to be created. Overall brightness can also be adjusted directly from the controller.
Four rear-mounted 4-pin XLR outputs distribute the same RGB control and 12VDC power signal to multiple LED strips or lighting assemblies. All four outputs operate in parallel, making the system ideal for illuminating multiple areas of a rack or case with consistent color and brightness.
The controller is designed for 12VDC common-anode, four-wire analog RGB lighting. LM Tour Systems also offers pre-terminated RGB LED strips and 4-pin XLR extension cables, allowing complete lighting systems to be assembled using locking, field-serviceable connections rather than permanently wired consumer-style connectors.
AC power enters the unit through a Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 TOP locking inlet/outlet connector. In addition to providing a secure power connection, the pass-through output allows the controller to be linked with other equipment or integrated directly into an LM Tour Systems power distribution system. Many LM Tour Systems rack-mount power distribution products already incorporate TRUE1 outputs, making the 25-0470 especially easy to integrate into a complete rack package.
The TRUE1 connector is intentionally oriented for easy access when the controller is installed near the top of a rack, while the shallow 3.75" chassis minimizes the amount of valuable rack depth required.
With a maximum recommended output of 9 amps at 12VDC, or approximately 108 watts, the 25-0470 can power substantial lighting systems while maintaining the clean installation and reliability expected from professional touring equipment.

Coffee Maker Amenities Case For Northwestern University
This custom coffee and amenities workstation case was built for Northwestern University to provide a mobile beverage and refreshment station.
The case includes a commercial Keurig coffee maker on a slide-out shelf with custom retention and a drip coffee urn used to serve the university’s special blend known as “Jarv Juice.” An illuminated sign with the Northwestern logo and purple LED lighting indicates when the coffee is ready. The system also features a cup dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and multiple storage drawers for supplies.
A built-in refrigerator with a glass door and LED lighting provides cold storage, while additional drawers with dividers organize beverages and accessories.
Power is supplied through a locking Neutrik True1 inlet with a 25 ft cable, ensuring secure power during use. The case includes five Baltic Birch drawers mounted on heavy-duty glides, each carpet-lined and isolated from the exterior by foam for protection. Every drawer features custom color-changing LED lighting that can be disconnected via XLR connections if the drawers need to be removed.
The top drawer includes a True1 power outlet and a 4-plex outlet bank, powered by an integrated LM Tour Systems power supply and a 25 ft True1 power cable.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features multiple recessed handles for lifting and pulling, 4” casters for mobility, and stacking caster wells that allow another case to be securely stacked on top.
