Shock Mount Rack w/LED Lighting For Analog Snake & Stage Boxes
The LM Cases Custom 64 Channel Analog Split Rack is designed for touring audio providers and production companies requiring a professional-grade transport solution for large format analog microphone split systems. Built for Mid South Audio, this 17 space shock mounted rack combines rugged touring construction with integrated LED lighting and dedicated stringer box storage to create a highly functional and visually distinctive production package.
The rack is configured to house a 64 channel analog microphone split system utilizing 17 rack spaces for the split panel assembly and an additional 1RU dedicated to the LM Tour Systems LED power supply and control module. The integrated LED lighting system is custom built by the LM Cases integration department using routed aluminum LED channels with smoked diffusers for clean, professional illumination without excessive glare. Both the front and rear rack openings feature integrated RGB LED lighting to improve visibility in dark production environments while also giving the rack a unique visual appearance.
The lighting system utilizes custom soldered LED assemblies terminated via 4-pin XLR connectors for reliable touring operation. The included LM Tour Systems 1RU LED controller and upgraded power supply provide dimming, color selection, and multiple operating modes through the included remote control. The LEDs can be configured for white task lighting, low visibility red or blue operation, or dynamic color effects depending on the application.
The rear compartment of the rack features integrated storage for six Entertainment Metals 12-channel stringer boxes. CNC machined PE foam inserts securely retain each stringer box while integrated finger access cutouts allow for fast deployment and removal during setup and teardown. Cable passages and dedicated LED wiring provisions are integrated directly into the rack shell to maintain clean cable management throughout the system.
The case is constructed from 1/2" plywood laminated with durable ABS plastic and features recessed hardware, shock mounted rack rails, deep recessed stacking caster wells, and custom silk screened graphics and stenciling on all four sides. Designed specifically for demanding touring environments, this rack provides a durable and organized solution for transporting and deploying large scale analog split systems for concerts, festivals, broadcast, and corporate production applications.

The case features a shock-mounted 17U rack with front and rear rails, isolated by 2” foam to protect sensitive equipment during transport. A heavy-duty storage drawer made from Baltic Birch provides additional space for miscellaneous gear and accessories.

4RU Flyable Network / DSP Rack For Audio Deployments
This custom flyable network rack was built for Brown Note Productions to position network switches and DSP equipment close to PA arrays.
The system features a welded steel fly frame with a 4U rack, designed to be suspended from a line array bumper. The inner frame includes six forged steel hoist rings—four for load bearing and two for safety tethers—each rated for high load capacity with industry safety certifications.
The rack includes front and rear rack rails, safety blocks to prevent equipment from slipping out, and a marine-grade plastic dust cover with space for cable routing. Vibration isolation mounts separate the inner fly frame from the outer case to protect equipment during operation.
The exterior is built from ABS-laminated plywood with recessed handles, serving as a protective shell while the internal frame supports the load when flown.
Broadcast CCU / Switcher Rack Flypack
This custom ENG broadcast rack case was built for Panavid to support mobile broadcast and production workflows.
The case features an upper 12U rack section designed for preview monitors and scopes, along with a perpendicular 1U rack space for a Clear-Com base station. Behind the rack are three storage drawers with configurable dividers for organizing accessories and equipment.
A locking center drawer houses a Blackmagic ATEM switcher and Panasonic camera controller, with additional rack space for a router panel and an integrated wrist rest for operator comfort.
The lower section includes a 24” deep 12U rack with adjustable rail sets for additional broadcast gear. The rails are mounted in slide tracks allowing recesses to be set per application using a standard Philips screwdriver. Each rack contains 3 rail sets.
