Small Format Event Tech Workbox For Loyola University
This case was designed for the Event Services department at Loyola University. The workbox features LED lighting, courtesy power with USB charge ports, drawers and a pop up table.
The case lid features Furman Pluglock which features 5 spaced AC outlets and locking brackets that prevent plugs from vibrating out. 2 LM Tour Systems DSK-SM boxes are mounted in the lid to provide 4 USB A charge ports in addition to a switch for the LED wash light. Power is routed to a fully enclosed inlet box. A LM Tour Systems 25ft 12awg HD power cable is provided for input power.
The main work surface is laminated with black Formica. All the case’s drawers are mounted in a ½” plywood shell that is isolated from the case exterior via ½” PE foam. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch, lined with black carpet and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The case lid features a Formica laminated pop up table.
The case exterior is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with orange ABS plastic. The case features 8 deep recessed handles and rides on 4” Colson casters. A silkscreen of the Loyola Event Services is located on the front lid.
