Tour Managers Workbox w/Walnut Drawer Faces & Printer
This custom tour managers workbox was built for Katelyn Smith at Do Good Management. The custom workbox is designed to hold office supplies and a printer.
The case features 2 sides with a custom hinged top compartment for a printer. The hinged lid over the printer compartment features a dry erase white board. All foam in the printer compartment is wrapped with blue crushed velvet. The printer is mounted on a slide out shelf which locks into position when in use. A custom cable loom was built to accommodate the printer’s power cable, ethernet and USB cable. The electric and signal connections terminate at a custom LM Tour Systems power inlet box. A HD Ethercon and USB jack are provided to interface with the printer loom. LM Tour Systems provided a 25ft HD 12awg power cable and an 25ft audio grade Ethernet cable that features a Ethercon on one end to interface with the panel and a HD industrial RJ45 on the other end to interface with a switch or a venues hardwired network.
The workbox features 7 drawers. The drawers share the same width and depth of 19” wide x 19” deep. The drawers have 2 heights of 6” and 9”. The drawers are built from ½” Baltic Birch and finished with black textured coating. The drawers are mounted on HD Accuride glides. Each drawer features a solid walnut faces with black recessed handles. Two drawers feature movable tech dividers allowing a custom divided configuration.
The exterior case is built from ½” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. The case features a max OD of 48” x 24”. The case rides on 8 – 4” x 2” casters mounted on full sized ¾” caster boards.

10 Drawer Large Format Production Workbox Case
This workbox was designed for the BackStreet Boys wardrobe department. The workbox features 10 drawers. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on HD Accuride glides, and finished with black texture coating. A storage compartment is located above the top drawer in each section. The compartment is sealed with a removable ½” Marine Grade plastic lid. The drawers are built into a ½” plywood shell that is independent from the external case.

This case was built for Applied Audio as a generic catch all work box. The outer case is built out of ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic Birch and is mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides. The drawers feature a ½” plywood face with a recessed handle as a pull. All drawer edges are routed. The drawers are coated with clear lacquer inside and out.
