Large Format Touring Production Workstation
This custom production workstation was designed for All Of It Now. The extra wide workstation is designed to be an all-encompassing storage solution for backstage applications.
The case lid is black painted with a Chief FTR1U monitor mount centered. The main worksurface is built from ¾” Baltic Birch plywood laminated with black Formica. The surface includes a modular LM Tour Systems 2U courtesy power outlet bank. The 2U enclosure features 4 duplex AC outlets with USB A charging ports. The enclosure features a total of 8 AC outlets, 8 USB A ports and 2 Powercon outlets. A courtesy 4-Plex outlet bank is included to interface with the Powercon outlets on the power enclosure. A fully enclosed power inlet box with a recessed “male” Edison AC inlet is provided to bring power into the case. A 25’ HD 12awg power cable is also provided. All wiring was built and installed by the LM Cases Custom Integration Department.
The drawer section features a removable flat panel lid that stores on the back of the case. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch and is mounted on HD Accuride glides. All drawers feature the same width of 16.75” and depth of 15.25”. 6 drawers are 6” tall and 3 drawers are 8” tall. Each drawer features movable 10 – ¼” marine grade plastic dividers. The dividers can be used interchangeably between all drawers of a common height.
The case exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. The case features 10 deep recessed handles and rides on 6 – 4” x 2” Colson HD casters. The front 3 casters are locking. The case features 2 custom silkscreens of the All Of It Now logo.
