Medical Workbox w/Drawers & Lid Storage For The Florida Panthers
This custom equipment tool trunk was built by LM Cases for the Florida Panthers. The case is designed to organize tools, accessories, and equipment used by team staff while also providing a durable work surface for maintenance and preparation tasks. The lid features multiple integrated storage bins designed to hold small tools, parts, and accessories. A removable clear Lexan cover keeps the bins secured during transport while allowing the contents to remain visible for quick identification. Gas shocks support the lid, keeping it safely open during use and assisting with smooth opening and closing. The front removable lid features a custom CNC cut PE foam insert that holds 8 boxes of exam gloves The main body of the case features multiple storage drawers for organizing tools and equipment. Each drawer is constructed with a durable texture-coated interior to protect tools and provide a clean, easy-to-maintain surface. The drawers are mounted on heavy-duty slides for smooth operation and reliable performance in demanding environments. A reinforced top work surface allows the case to function as a mobile workstation. The surface is constructed from ¼” white Starboard bonded to a ½” Baltic Birch support panel and reinforced from underneath for maximum rigidity. This creates a durable, non-absorbent work area that is ideal for tool work, equipment repair, and day-to-day use in locker rooms or equipment areas. The exterior of the case is built using LM Cases proprietary ½” composite panels finished in navy blue to match the Florida Panthers team colors. Starboard runners are installed on all sides of the case, allowing it to slide easily in trucks, storage areas, or conveyor systems during transport. Heavy-duty recessed hardware, reinforced aluminum extrusions, and 4” casters provide durability and mobility for use in professional sports environments. The result is a rugged, highly organized tool trunk designed to keep essential equipment protected and easily accessible for team staff.

Baseball Medical Trunk For The Cleveland Guardians
This custom portable medical workbox by LM Cases was built for the Cleveland Guardians athletic training department to support medical needs during road games. The interior includes a clear Lexan main work surface, multiple heavy-duty drawers with custom divider systems for organized medical supplies, secure pocket-door access for sensitive items, and open storage for larger equipment. Constructed from laminated plywood with protective runners, recessed handles, and durable casters, the case is designed for easy transport, organization, and reliable use in demanding team travel environments.
University of Houston Medical Trunk
This custom mobile workstation trunk was built for the University of Houston football training staff to organize medical tools and training accessories.
The lid features six Tilt Lock bin units that create 12 translucent storage compartments for small parts, allowing quick visual identification. Gas springs assist with opening, with one locking gas spring to prevent accidental lid closure.
The main work surface is made from 3/8" clear scratch-resistant Lexan, allowing users to see the contents of the drawers below. The case includes four custom Baltic Birch drawers mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides and housed in an independent inner shell to protect the drawer system from exterior case stress. The top drawers include three compartments each, while the bottom drawers feature two larger compartments.
The workstation also includes LM Tour Systems power distribution, providing AC outlets, USB-A and USB-C charging, additional Powercon connections, and a 25 ft heavy-duty power cable.
The exterior is constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, mounted on 4" Colson casters, and includes multiple recessed handles. The front lid converts into a table with retractable legs, creating a 42" x 41.5" work surface.

Clothes are contained in the hanging section by a heavy duty 3/8” thick clear Lexan door. Below the hanging section is one heavy duty drawer with removable marine grade plastic dividers for clothing and miscellaneous items.

Each drawer features a magnet at the back that secures it to the case wall when not in use. This helps to keep drawers closed when the trunk is moved around with the lid open. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic birch as is finished with black textured coating. The drawers are mounted on HD Accuride glides. The trunk’s front lid features a bottom divider for bottle storage.
