10 Space Flat Panel Shock Mount Rack With Top Lid Storage
This case features a ½” plywood inner rack shell that is foam shock mounted. The rack features a 21” deep rack shell. Usable rail-rail rack depth is 18” with 1.5” front & rear rail recess. The case exterior is built out of ½” plywood, and features stacking caster wells, 4 deep recessed handles, 4” Colson HD casters (2 locking), and slam latches. The lids store inside of the case shell above the rack. The lids are stored in individual compartments allowing them to be removed independently of each other. This case is perfect for amplifiers, in ear monitors, headset communications and stage boxes!
12 Space Double Wide Shock Mount Pocket Door Rack
This case features 2 – 12RU shock mounted rack sections. It is designed around a 48” x 30” truck pack allowing it to be a half pack in a 96” truck and a third pack in a 90” truck. The case can be used as a stand for a FOH or monitor console, a system processing workstation, or a dedicated RF rack. The case features 2 pocket style doors covering the front of each rack section. The doors are mounted on HD glides that allow each door to slide into the sides of the case. The back of the case features a fully removable rear lid with an integrated hinged trap door. The rear lid can be removed to allow full access when loading the rack. The rear lid is designed to stay closed during use. The rear trap door is vented and hinged to provide quick access to all interior equipment. The inner rack shells feature adjustable front, mid and rear rack rail mounting points. The rack features 20” in depth from the front rails to the rear rails. There is 2.5” of clearance between the inside of the front lid to the front rails, and 4.25” of clearance between the rear rails and the rear lid. The exterior case is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic laminate colors. The case features 6 deep recessed handles, 3 vent dishes and 4” x 2” Colson HD Encore casters mounted on a full ¾” plywood wheel pad. The front 2 casters are locking.

27” iMac Video Production Fly Pack
This case is designed to hold a 27” iMac mounted on a position control board. The board is mounted to position control hinged that allow the computer to tilt and be held in position similar to a laptop screen. The computer is interfaced to the mount board via an articulating Chief mount that allows the computer to telescope away from the mount board and be moved to the right or left of the case. The computer is mounted to the Chief mount via an included Apple VESA mount adapter. Below the computer is a shock mounted 12 space rack that includes front & rear pre-tapped 10/32” rack rail. The rack includes a 1RU slide out shelf for the computer’s keyboard. The case includes table legs mounted in one of the lids. The case exterior includes 8 deep recessed handles and rides on 4” Colson casters mounted to a full ¾” plywood caster board.
Clear-Com FreeSpeak II Intercom System Case
This case was designed to hold a Clear-Comm FreeSpeak II system. The case holds the contents of the system in a CNC cut foam insert, mounted in a Pelican 1640 case. The foam insert holds 2 FSII-SPL splitters, 1 antenna compartment, 5 belt pack compartments, and 1 open accessory compartment. The case also features a removable tray that includes a removable rack shell that holds the FSII-Base-II and an open compartment for the head sets.
RCF TT052A 4 Capacity Speaker Case
This case was designed for Applied Audio to hold 4 RCF TT052A powered speakers. The speakers are held in 4 individual compartments. Each compartment is separated by a custom CNC cut ½” marine grade plastic divider with a routed in notch to make the speakers easier to handle. A removable 3/8” plywood tray is included for storage. The usable dimensions of the tray are 26.5” wide x 19” deep x 6” tall. The case exterior is built out of 3/8” plywood laminated with ABS plastic. The exterior features 4 deep recessed handles, 2 recessed lid stays, 4” Colson casters (2 locking), stacking caster wells and a route out for a McLoone dry erase road case label
Yamaha PM10 Rivage Mixing System Case Set
The console case is designed to hold the Yamaha CS-R-10 control surface, which is part of the PM10 Rivage system. The case holds the control surface on a ½” Baltic birch internal structure that traps the surface by its feet. The internal structure supports a slide out keyboard shelf at the front and a doghouse at the back. The control surface is supported by 2” PE foam at all points. CNC cut foam blocks that match the contour of the console are provided to ensure that all parts are supported during transport. The back of the control surface is covered and supported by a custom doghouse. The doghouse is built out of ¾’ Baltic birch and features a top lid that hinges flat against the back of the doghouse. The back of the doghouse also features 2 removable vented panels that secure with HD Southco slam latches.
Compact Flypack Production Workstation
This case is designed to be a portable video fly pack workstation. The case includes a Chief FTR1U tilting monitor mount allowing a monitor to be mounted in the case lid. Also included are two slide out shelves to hold a laptop, audio mixer or a video switcher. Below the dual slide out shelf’s is a 9RU rack section. The rack rails are mounted to the case via rubber vibration isolation mounts. The rack section features rear rack rail and a trap door. The case exterior is built out of 3/8” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS colors. The case features deep recessed hardware and rides on 4” Colson casters mounted on a ¾” caster board that spans the entire bottom of the case.
Akai APC40 MKII Pelican Case
This case is designed to hole a Akai MPC40 MKII Controller. The controller is held in a custom CNC cut foam insert built out of PE foam capped with a ¼” marine grade plastic top piece. The foam insert features 2 hand slots to help remove the controller and an accessory compartment underneath. The insert is built as an assembly, this assembly is mounted into a Pelican 1495 case.
Yamaha TF1 Mixer Case With Doghouse
This case was built for Audible Difference Inc. to hold a Yamaha TF1 mixing console. The console is held in a custom designed 2” foam interior. Holding the console in place in the case tray is a custom CNC cut 2” PE foam insert. The foam insert follows the tapered shape of the console allowing it to be supported along all points, not just the widest point. Cable connections to the console are hidden behind a custom doghouse. The doghouse is built out of ¾” Baltic Birch plywood and finished with black texture coating.

12RU 24” x 30” Truck Pack Shock Mount Rack
This case is designed for touring applications where truck pack dimensions of 24” x 30” are crucial. The case features a 3/8” plywood inner rack shell with front and rear rail with 10/32” pre-tapped holes. The inner shell features a rail to rail depth of 20.5” with .5” recess on the front and rear rails. The case features 3.5” deep front and rear lids which allow for a clearance of 4” extending beyond the front and rear rack rails. The inner shell is shock mounted with 2” foam above and below, with 1” foam protecting the sides.
