3RU Heater Control Rack Mount Panel
This panel is designed to be the master control center for a football heater case. The panel is 3RU tall and built from .125” brushed aluminum. The system has 2 temperature zones controlled by 2 thermostats. Each thermostat is back mounted to the panel via a custom bracket designed to fit into the thermostats DIN rail mount brackets. Standoff’s are provided to firmly mount and secure each thermostat’s temperature probe wire.
10” x 9” Rack Tom Road Case
This case is designed to hold a 10” rack tom drum. The case interior is lined with ½” PE Foam. The case exterior is built from ¼” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS colors. The case features 3 recessed handles and flat triangle corners.
Tonelux JC37 Stereo Pair Microphone Flight Case
This case is designed to hold 2 Tonelux JC37 microphones, the power supply, and the IEC cable. The foam insert is built from PE foam that is custom cut to contour each item. The microphones are located at the sides of the foam insert. Their tethered cables are pathed through the sides of the insert and stored below the power supply. A separate compartment is allocated for the IEC cable. Check out LM Tour System’s upgraded locking IEC cables for mission critical applications. The exterior case is built from LM’s XL Series aluminum. This series is based around custom mitered aluminum wrapped around ¼” plywood panels. The aluminum has integrated tongue and groove for a very strong seal. Surface mounted twist latched and a spring loaded handle are provided.

Shure Microflex Wireless System 10 Capacity
This case is designed to hold 10 mics and bases from the Shure Microflex wireless system. A removable tray holds 10 Shure MXC4200DF microphones in a custom CNC cut foam insert. Each of the MXCW640 bases are held in individual compartments below the tray.

Portable Dual Outdoor Rated 55” Monitor Sideline Case
This case was built for Little Rock Parkview High School and is designed to hold 2 – 55” outdoor grade monitors mounted on a heavy duty electric lift. The system components were specified and installed by the LM Cases Custom Integration Department.
Custom Tour Truck Pack Trunk For The Backstreet Boys
This case was built for the Backstreet Boys for their 2019 tour. The case is designed to integrate in a 96” truck pack with exterior width and depth dimensions of 48” x 24”. These dimensions allow the trunk to pack in configurations of two, or four across depending on how the case is orientated. The trunk is built out of ½” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. The interior is finished with black texture coating for durability and easy cleaning. The trunk features a full width ¾” plywood caster board with HD Colson 4” x 2” casters. The trunk features 4 Penn deep recessed handles, stacking caster wells in the lid, and recessed rear mounted lid stays.
Portable Touring Case For Large Format Plotter Printer
This touring-grade printer case is designed to support a large format plotter at an ergonomic standing height, with an integrated drawer below for a secondary laser printer and easy paper access. It includes a 6RU rack for networking, power distribution, or UPS equipment, along with three heavy-duty drawers for paper and supply storage. Built from Baltic birch plywood with HD hardware, integrated power and data inlets, folding table legs, and truck-pack dimensions, the case is engineered for reliable use in mobile production environments.
Chamsys QuickQ 30 Lighting Console Road Case
This heavy duty case is designed to hold the Chamsys Quick Q30 lighting console. The console is designed to be permanently held in the case tray, with the top larger lid being removed for use. A custom CNC cut foam piece is located in the case tray to accommodate the console’s unique feet. An accessory compartment is included under the console to hold an iPad and other accessories. An additional storage compartment to the right of the console is provided and includes a cup holder. The case exterior is built out of 3/8” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS colors.
Chamsys Quick Q10 Lighting Console Carrying Case
This case is designed to be a light weight economical solution to transport the Chamsys Quick Q10 console. The case interior is lined with 1” Ester foam and features a routed in rear hand slot to easily remove the console. The case exterior is built from LM’s XL Series aluminum. Top and bottom aluminum extrusions with integrated tongue and groove are wrapped around a piece of ¼” plywood to form the case. The ¼” plywood can be laminated with your choice of ABS colors. A ergonomically attaché handle is provided for easy carrying.
Radial HDI Direct Box Waterproof Pelican Case
This case is designed to hold the Radial HDI and its power cable in a custom CNC cut foam insert. The insert is designed to contour the HDI and hold it while allowing the knobs and switches to float freely without contacting the sides of the foam. The foam insert is free standing and integrates into a waterproof Pelican case.
Radial HDI Active Direct Box Carrying Case
This road case is designed to hold the Radial HDI Active Instrument Direct Box. The case holds the HDI in a custom CNC cut insert that is designed to hold the unit without putting pressure on the knobs or switches. The custom foam insert also holds the unit’s power cable. L21-30 3 Phase Testing Distribution Panel
This custom power test panel is designed to split 3 phase power via a L21-30 connector into a variety of output connectors. The intended purpose is providing a central power source to allowing different systems to be electrified and tested before leaving a rental/integration shop.
