Large Format Event Tech Workbox
This workbox was designed for Studio 46 as a configurable way to store tools and equipment for large events. The workbox features 8 drawers with 4 unique heights. A 6-lid storage unit is mounted in the lid for smaller items.
The drawers are built into an independent ½” structure, which separates the drawer unit from the exterior case. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch, mounted on HD Accuride glides, and finished with black texture coating. The drawers share common dimensions of 23.75” wide x 21” deep. The heights vary from 1.75” to 9.75” usable heights. To create the adjustable dividers, PE foam with dado slots line the sides of the drawers. ¼” marine grade plastic dividers, with finger slots are provided to create the partitions.
A custom-built storage compartment is provided in the lid for smaller items. The unit is built from clear 3/8” Lexan plastic. The clear Lexan plastic combined with the 6 front mounted slam doors create a high visibility, quick access, storage solution. Each of the 6 individual compartments is split into 3 sections that are 5.875” wide x 3.75” deep x 5.5” tall. Below the storage compartment is a separate area for bottles and aerosol cans.
The exterior case is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. The case features 2 prints of the Studio 46 logo, in addition to 4 deep recessed handles, and 4” x 2” HD Colson casters.

Computer Workbox w/Extended Top Work Surface
This custom computer workbox was built for the US Army Field Band and features a 12U shock-mounted rack, heavy-duty drawers, lid storage, and a removable table that expands the workspace between the case body and front lid.
The rack section is isolated with 1” foam and provides 25” rail-to-rail depth. It includes LM Tour Systems power distribution, with a recessed power inlet, duplex outlets, a DSK-SM module, Powercon connectivity, and a 25 ft power cable for reliable power management.
Below the rack are two heavy-duty drawers made from ½” Baltic Birch with Accuride glides and black textured coating. The top drawer offers 4.5” height, while the bottom drawer provides 6.5” height and includes two removable dividers for organization.
The front lid features Rip-Ties for cable storage, two bottle shelves, and a removable table that connects the lid to the case to create a large integrated work surface.
The case exterior is constructed from 3/8” plywood laminated with black ABS, finished with six recessed handles, 4” Colson casters, and a “US ARMY FIELD BAND” stencil for durability and identification.
Tour Managers Workbox w/Walnut Drawer Faces & Printer
This custom tour manager workbox built by LM Cases for Do Good Management is designed to securely store office supplies and a printer in a compact, mobile format. The case features a hinged printer compartment with a dry erase whiteboard lid, a locking slide-out printer shelf, integrated power and network connectivity, and seven heavy-duty drawers with solid walnut fronts. Built from durable plywood with black ABS laminate and mounted on eight 4” casters, the workbox is engineered for reliable touring and day-to-day production use.
Custom Installed Solid Walnut Conference Room Workbox
This custom furniture-grade equipment case was designed to store wireless microphones, belt packs, and communication devices in a conference room installation while blending into a professional interior environment.
Constructed from solid walnut with dovetail joints, the case matches the size of a 16-space studio rack for coordinated installations. It includes four drawers: one for Shure ULXD handheld microphones, one with adjustable dividers for accessories, one with foam for Clear-Com belt packs, and one for Shure rechargeable batteries.
The case also features rack spaces for additional equipment, with a 1U section on top and a 2U section below, along with rear rack rails concealed by a walnut panel. Recessed handles and locking casters provide discreet mobility.
5 Drawer Workbox w/LED Lighting In Each Drawer
This custom 5-drawer workbox was built for Helsinki Pro Audio systems engineer Vile to organize tools and accessories at the front-of-house (FOH) position.
The case includes five Baltic Birch drawers mounted on heavy-duty glides, each carpet-lined and isolated from the exterior by foam for protection. Every drawer features custom color-changing LED lighting that can be disconnected via XLR connections if the drawers need to be removed.
The top drawer includes a True1 power outlet and a 4-plex outlet bank, powered by an integrated LM Tour Systems power supply and a 25 ft True1 power cable.
Constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, the case features multiple recessed handles for lifting and pulling, 4” casters for mobility, and stacking caster wells that allow another case to be securely stacked on top.
Event Technicians Workbox
This custom workbox was built for Panavid as a mobile storage solution for audio-visual production accessories and tools.
The case includes seven heavy-duty drawers with varying heights for organized storage. The top drawers feature adjustable Tech Dividers made from marine-grade plastic, allowing compartments to be reconfigured in small increments, while the lower drawers provide open storage for larger items.
The hinged lid contains five additional compartments with clear Lexan fronts, each divided for small parts, plus a larger storage area for items like tape or aerosol cans.

Mobile Technicians Tool Box w/Integrated Power & Task Lighting
This mobile technicians tool workbox is designed for the storage of small tools and specialty items. The workbox is designed to hold all tools needed and provide a work surface for mobile repairs and maintenance. The toolbox features 9 drawers of varying sizes. 2 drawers feature movable dividers allowing users to configure the drawers per their custom requirements. A pop-up table is mounted in the lid providing a work surface when space is at premium. A LM Tour Systems WBQB-L is mounted in the lid providing 2 flexible 15” LED task lights, 4 AC outlets, 2 USB-A, and 2 USB-C charging ports. Below the pop up table is a storage space for aerosol cans.
10 Drawer Large Format Production Workbox Case
This workbox was designed for the BackStreet Boys wardrobe department. The workbox features 10 drawers. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on HD Accuride glides, and finished with black texture coating. A storage compartment is located above the top drawer in each section. The compartment is sealed with a removable ½” Marine Grade plastic lid. The drawers are built into a ½” plywood shell that is independent from the external case.

This case was built for Applied Audio as a generic catch all work box. The outer case is built out of ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic Birch and is mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides. The drawers feature a ½” plywood face with a recessed handle as a pull. All drawer edges are routed. The drawers are coated with clear lacquer inside and out.

Cleveland Browns Fluids Trunk
This trunk was built for the Cleveland Browns. The case is designed to be a mobile work station that holds a variety of accessories and various tools. The trunk lid features eight Tilt Lock bin units that provide sixteen individual storage compartments for small parts. The Tilt Lock bins feature translucent plastic that allow users to quickly see the contents of each bin at eye level. The lid is supported with gas springs that aid in the opening and closing of the lid. One of the two gas springs feature a locking mechanism to prevent the lid from accidentally closing during use. The main work surface is built out of clear 3/8" scratch resistant Lexan, which allows users to see the contents of the drawers mounted below. The main body of the case features four drawers. The drawers are built into a 1/2" plywood inner shell that is independent of the exterior case. The separate shell allows the drawers to be independent from the exterior case, which allows the appearance of a cleaner exterior due to the lack of exposed rivets used for mounting the drawers. It also prevents any flexing or loading that the case exterior endures from transferring to the drawer glides. Each drawer is custom built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The top two drawers feature two dividers allowing each drawer to be divided into three compartments. The bottom two drawers feature a single center divider allowing two compartments. Each compartment in the top two drawers is 11.25" wide x 21" deep x 7.5" tall. The bottom drawer compartments are 17.125" wide x 21" deep x 7.5" tall.
Pelican 1510 Carry On Tech Workbox
