Large Format Athletic Trainers Workbox
This custom LM Cases Large Format Athletic Trainer’s Workbox was designed for Tarleton State University to provide a durable, highly organized mobile storage solution for athletic training and sports medicine equipment. With multiple drawer configurations, removable dividers, dedicated tape storage, lid-mounted organization, and a large upper compartment, the case is built to keep a wide range of sideline and training-room supplies protected, accessible, and easy to manage.
The top of the workbox features a large carpet-lined storage compartment for oversized items that do not fit conveniently into drawers. This area is ideal for AEDs, molded equipment cases, larger medical supplies, and other bulky gear that needs to remain readily accessible.
Below the upper compartment is a series of heavy-duty drawers constructed from 1/2" Baltic birch plywood, finished with black texture coating, and mounted on Accuride drawer slides. The upper drawers are divided into multiple compartments using removable marine-grade plastic dividers, allowing the interior layout to be reconfigured as storage needs change.
A dedicated tape drawer includes two removable tape caddies with integrated carry handles. Each caddy is designed around standard 2" athletic tape rolls and can be removed from the workbox and carried directly to the sideline or treatment area when needed.
Additional deeper drawers provide organized storage for larger supplies, while the bottom drawer offers increased height for bulkier equipment. Removable divider systems throughout the case help athletic training staff adapt the storage layout to fit changing inventories and different types of equipment.
The interior of the lid adds another level of organization with two DeWalt 12-compartment clear tilt-out bin assemblies for smaller items such as bandages, individually packaged supplies, medications, and accessories. Larger drop-down compartments below the bins provide storage for bottles, cans, and other items that are better suited to upright or bulk storage.
Built for the demands of athletic programs that travel frequently, this workbox combines high-capacity storage with a layout designed for fast access and efficient inventory management. The case measures approximately 30" wide x 36" deep x 64.5" high overall and was originally built in a custom purple finish for Tarleton State University.

University of Houston Medical Trunk
This custom mobile workstation trunk was built for the University of Houston football training staff to organize medical tools and training accessories.
The lid features six Tilt Lock bin units that create 12 translucent storage compartments for small parts, allowing quick visual identification. Gas springs assist with opening, with one locking gas spring to prevent accidental lid closure.
The main work surface is made from 3/8" clear scratch-resistant Lexan, allowing users to see the contents of the drawers below. The case includes four custom Baltic Birch drawers mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides and housed in an independent inner shell to protect the drawer system from exterior case stress. The top drawers include three compartments each, while the bottom drawers feature two larger compartments.
The workstation also includes LM Tour Systems power distribution, providing AC outlets, USB-A and USB-C charging, additional Powercon connections, and a 25 ft heavy-duty power cable.
The exterior is constructed from ABS-laminated plywood, mounted on 4" Colson casters, and includes multiple recessed handles. The front lid converts into a table with retractable legs, creating a 42" x 41.5" work surface.
