KC Chiefs Modalities Workbox
This custom modality trunk was built for the Kansas City Chiefs. The custom workbox is designed to hold various items needed by the team when they are on the road.
The design features 6 custom built drawers and 2 removable plastic tubs. The drawers are built into a ½” plywood shell that isolates the drawers from the exterior case. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on Accuride® glides and finished with black texture coating. Each drawer features a removable ½” marine grade plastic divider that splits the drawer in half. The drawers are the same size with internal dimensions of 21” wide x 19” deep x 6” tall.
The trunk exterior is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with red ABS plastic. The trunk rides on 8 – 4” x 2” Colson HD casters and features 14 deep recessed handles. The back of the trunk features marine grade plastic runners allowing it to ride on its back if need be.

The lid is supported by two gas shock supports, one locking to prevent unintentional lid closures.
BYU Athletic Trainer’s Workbox
This custom indoor athletic trainer’s trunk was built for the Brigham Young University football team. The trunk is designed to be a mobile workstation for the team’s athletic trainers stored indoors during games.
6 Drawer Craftsman Tool Chest w/Tour Grade Flight Case
This portable heavy duty tool chest is designed for mobile productions and technicians alike. The HD Craftsman® tool chest features 6 heavy duty drawers and a large work surface protected by a gas spring assisted lid. The work surface features 6 AC power outlets and 2 USB A charging ports. Power is brought into the case via a LM Tour Systems DSK-I inlet box. The DSK-I box features a locking Neutrik True1® power inlet and a courtesy True1® power outlet. A HD LM Tour Systems 25ft True1 power cable is included.
6 Drawer Sideline Window Trunk
This 6-drawer sideline window drawer trunk was designed for West Virginia Football. The trunk features 6 equally sized drawers with interior dimensions of 10.875” wide x 22” deep x 12” tall. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic Birch plywood, finished with black texture coating and mounted on HD Accuride glides.
Buffalo Bills Upper/Lower Extremities Athletic Trainers Trunk
This athletic trainer's trunk was designed for the Buffalo Bills. The trunk features 4 equally sized drawers with 2 removable ¼” marine grade plastic dividers per drawer. Each drawer features a magnet at the back that secures it to the case wall when not in use. This helps to keep drawers closed when the trunk is moved around with the lid open. Each drawer is built from ½” Baltic birch as is finished with black textured coating. The drawers are mounted on HD Accuride glides. The trunk’s front lid features a bottom divider for bottle storage.
Davidson College Athletic Trainers Workbox Trunk

Mobile Technicians Tool Box w/Integrated Power & Task Lighting
This mobile technicians tool workbox is designed for the storage of small tools and specialty items. The workbox is designed to hold all tools needed and provide a work surface for mobile repairs and maintenance. The toolbox features 9 drawers of varying sizes. 2 drawers feature movable dividers allowing users to configure the drawers per their custom requirements. A pop-up table is mounted in the lid providing a work surface when space is at premium. A LM Tour Systems WBQB-L is mounted in the lid providing 2 flexible 15” LED task lights, 4 AC outlets, 2 USB-A, and 2 USB-C charging ports. Below the pop up table is a storage space for aerosol cans.
10 Drawer Large Format Production Workbox Case
This workbox was designed for the BackStreet Boys wardrobe department. The workbox features 10 drawers. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic Birch plywood, mounted on HD Accuride glides, and finished with black texture coating. A storage compartment is located above the top drawer in each section. The compartment is sealed with a removable ½” Marine Grade plastic lid. The drawers are built into a ½” plywood shell that is independent from the external case.
Tennessee Titans Athletic Trainer’s Sideline Trunk
This trunk was designed for the Tennessee Titans football athletic training department. The trunk is designed as trunk for general storage. The trunk features 4 drawers built into an isolated inner shell that separates them from the exterior case. Each drawer is built out of ½” Baltic Birch plywood and is mounted on HD Accuride glides.

Cleveland Browns Fluids Trunk
This trunk was built for the Cleveland Browns. The case is designed to be a mobile work station that holds a variety of accessories and various tools. The trunk lid features eight Tilt Lock bin units that provide sixteen individual storage compartments for small parts. The Tilt Lock bins feature translucent plastic that allow users to quickly see the contents of each bin at eye level. The lid is supported with gas springs that aid in the opening and closing of the lid. One of the two gas springs feature a locking mechanism to prevent the lid from accidentally closing during use. The main work surface is built out of clear 3/8" scratch resistant Lexan, which allows users to see the contents of the drawers mounted below. The main body of the case features four drawers. The drawers are built into a 1/2" plywood inner shell that is independent of the exterior case. The separate shell allows the drawers to be independent from the exterior case, which allows the appearance of a cleaner exterior due to the lack of exposed rivets used for mounting the drawers. It also prevents any flexing or loading that the case exterior endures from transferring to the drawer glides. Each drawer is custom built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The top two drawers feature two dividers allowing each drawer to be divided into three compartments. Sideline Tool Workstation
This case is designed to be a all in one tool box for mid game repairs on the sideline. The trunk features a Rigid 18v drill and charger, and 3 sets of Tilt Lock bins mounted in the lid. Below the lid, is a large work surface built out of 1/2" marine grade black plastic that provides a softer surface for working on helmets. The trunk features 6 drawers mounted in an isolated inner shell, the drawers are all 19.5" wide x 21.75" deep; 2 of the drawers are 4" tall and 4 of the drawers are 11" tall.
Hillsdale College Custom Athletic Trainers Sideline Kit
This trunk was designed for Hillsdale College as a custom athletic trainers workbox used on the sideline at games. The trunk holds medical items ranging from tape and bandages to a strecher board.
University Of Nebraska Athletic Trainers Mobile Work Station
This trunk was designed for the University Of Nebraska. The trunk features 8 storage drawers mounted on HD Accuride drawer glides, the drawers are mounted into a cabinet which is then mounted into the case; completely isolating the drawers from the exterior case. This isolation design yields a much stronger case: any stress encountered on the exterior case is not transferred to the drawers. All drawers are built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and black texture coated. The drawers are all generic open designs allowing miscellaneous items to be stored, the top left drawer is lockable and features individual slots for injectable bottles.
Waterproof Sideline Workbox
This case is designed to be a waterproof mobile storage solution for harsh environmental conditions. The drawers are built into a free standing unit then shock isolated from the exterior case to provide an extremely durable road worthy design. The drawers and interior unit are built out of 1/2" marine grade plastic, each drawer features a black powder coated handle and a 3/8" Lexan lid that contains the contents of each drawer when the case is traveling on its wheels.
Locker Room Workbox
The Locker Room Workbox is designed with ergonomics and fast deployment in mind. The trunk only has one removable lid, which magnetically stores on the back of the trunk for one less thing to trip on in a locker room. The top hinged lid features a storage compartment for a cordless drill, 6 – 3 compartment tilting bins and the drill's battery charger. The work surface is laminated with black Formica and features a recessed 6 outlet power strip that is wired to a retractable 30ft extension cord. Below the work surface are 6 black texture coated drawers mounted on HD Accuride glides for storage.
