2RU L5-20 Power Inlet Rack Mount Panel w/WAN Port
This panel is designed to be a main power and signal input point for mobile server racks. The panel features a HBL2315 inlet wired to a HBL2316 outlet. The power portion of the panel is enclosed in a back box. The HBL2316 outlet allows users to connect a UPS without the need for hard wiring. A blank D-Punch is provided allowing users to mount the connector of their choice. 2 additional D-Punches are provided for future expansion. The panel is built out of .125” black anodized brushed aluminum and occupies 2 rack units. The LM Tour Systems L5-20 Twist Lock HD 12/3 Power Cable is designed to compliment this panel.
Microsoft Surface Studio 2 Small Format Fly Pack Case
This fly pack is designed for several applications using the Microsoft Surface Studio 2 as the system centerpiece. Applications include DIT workstations, media servers, and live sound. The case holds the Surface Studio by its base allowing it to be used laying down, and fully extended without removing it from the case. The case contours the unique shape of the monitor and removes any stress on the internal hinging system during shipping. Power is supplied to the case via a LM Tour Systems DSK-T True1 power inlet box and provided 25’ 14awg SJOOW True1 to Edison power cable. A Furman Pluglock is mounted on a soft close glide to provide power for all internal components. The Pluglock is wired to the DSK-T via a locking True1 connector. Power cables are secured in the Pluglock via locking hoops that hold plugs in during transport.
Microsoft Surface Studio 2 Shipping Case
This case is designed to hold the 28” Microsoft Surface Studio 2 multi-touch desktop computer. The custom foam lined interior cradles the screen in its flat position. The custom angled foam blocking holds the screen in a way that removes stress from the base hinge. The case can be shipped in abusive shipping environments such as checked baggage on airline and or common ground carriers like UPS or FedEx. The interior is cut from non abrasive crosslink foam preventing scratching to any of the computer’s delicate surfaces. Custom cut compartments are included for the keyboard, mouse, stylus, and power cable. The exterior case is built from ¼” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS colors. The exterior features 3 spring loaded, recessed handles.
Mobile Technicians Tool Box w/Integrated Power & Task Lighting
This mobile technicians tool workbox is designed for the storage of small tools and specialty items. The workbox is designed to hold all tools needed and provide a work surface for mobile repairs and maintenance. The toolbox features 9 drawers of varying sizes. 2 drawers feature movable dividers allowing users to configure the drawers per their custom requirements. A pop-up table is mounted in the lid providing a work surface when space is at premium. A LM Tour Systems WBQB-L is mounted in the lid providing 2 flexible 15” LED task lights, 4 AC outlets, 2 USB-A, and 2 USB-C charging ports. Below the pop up table is a storage space for aerosol cans.
WBQB-L Work Station Courtesy Outlet Box w/USB Charging & LED Lights
The WBQB-L Courtesy Panel by LM Tour Systems provides integrated power and task lighting for touring workboxes and technical storage systems. Designed for flexible mounting above work surfaces or inside drawers, the panel features a Powercon inlet feeding dual AC outlets with integrated USB-A and USB-C charging. 36RU Portable Data Center Transport Network Server Rack
This is a large format portable heavy duty rack mount case designed for moving servers and network equipment between sites. Primarily designed for moving equipment between integration shops and data centers, this rack can also be used in installed applications. The inner rack shell is built out of ½” plywood finished with black ABS plastic. Square captive nut rail is mounted at the front & rear of the rack shell. The 36” deep shell features 35” of usable rail to rail depth. The inner shell is isolated from the exterior case via 2” foam on all sides. 3.5” deep lids are secured by 6 latches each. The case exterior is built out of ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. 14 deep recessed handles are mounted in ergonomic positions on all four sides of the rack. 2 x 2 configuration handles are mounted on the side of the case to provide 2 handles for lifting, and 2 for pulling. A 1 x 2 handle pattern are mounted on each lid. 1 handle is positioned for a center pull, with the bottom 2 handles providing lift points. The case rides on 4” x 2” Colson HD casters mounted on a ¾” plywood caster board. 2 casters lock.
Microphone / Stand Tech Workbox - 30 Capacity
This work station is designed for touring sound productions and venues with in house production. The work station holds 25 full sized mic stands and 5 low profile mics stands. The low profile stands are mounted in the front 5 compartments for easy access. The mic stand divider network is construction from black ½” non abrasive marine grade plastic. All edges are routed for easy loading. The stands rest on carpet to prevent gouging in the case bottom. The full sized stand compartments feature usable dimensions of 4.125” wide x 3.875” deep x 38” tall. The low profile stand compartments feature the same width and depth as the full sized stands with a reduced height of 20”.
20RU Portable Heavy Duty Server Rack Case
This heavy duty server rack is designed for portable applications. Designed for transporting servers between data centers, trade shows and for mobile command stations. The rack is built out of ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The inner rack shell is also built out of ½” plywood. The inner shell features a black ABS plastic lined interior. Box style square cage nut rack rail is provided to accommodate a variety of server and networking equipment mounting brackets. The rack shell is 29” deep. The front and rear rails are recessed ½”. The rails are spaced 28” apart.
Triple Wide Video Rack w/Custom LED Logo Light Panels
This case was built for Upstage Video. The case features 3 – 20RU tall, 24” deep rack bays. Custom LED logo light panels were built to provide a more impactful presence verses a standard silkscreen.
Fulcrum Acoustics FA12 Speaker Case
This is a heavy duty road case for a pair of Fulcum Acoustic FA12 coaxial loud speakers. The case holds the speakers in a custom CNC cut foam insert that contours the shape of the cabinets. A ¼” marine grade plastic top cap is provided for long term durability. This plastic top cap provides maximum durability for the foam insert when users drag the speakers along the top of the case when finding each cavity. A ¼” lip of foam is exposed ensuring that the speaker cabinets are in contact with foam, not the plastic during transport. The case exterior is built out of 3/8” plywood finished with your choice of ABS plastic colors. The case features 4 deep recessed handles, stacking caster wells and 4” Colson casters.
Behringer Wing Tour Grade Flight Case
This case is designed to be a heavy duty, tour grade transport solution for the Behringer Wing console. The case holds the console by its feet in the case tray. CNC routed holes in ¾” Baltic Birch hold the console in place during transport and mixing. A custom ¾” Baltic Birch doghouse contours the back of the console matching its angle at all points. Vents are routed into the back of the doghouse ensuring proper ventilation during use. CNC cut Crosslink (XLPE) foam blocks contour the unique console shape in the lid. The 3-piece design allows easy access to all points during a show. The case includes 18 deep recessed handles, and 4” Colson HD casters.
Behringer Wing Case - Medium Duty
This case is designed to be a medium to heavy duty transport solution for the Behringer Wing console. The case holds the console by its feet in the case tray. CNC routed holed in ¾” Baltic Birch hold the console in place during transport and mixing. CNC cut 4” Crosslink (XLPE) foam blocks contour the unique console shape in the lid. The case includes 8 deep recessed handles, and 4” Colson HD casters.
8RU Installed Rack Shell - 12” Deep
This rack shell is designed for use on table tops where a traditional flight case is too bulky, or not aesthetically pleasing. The rack shell can be used for fixed installations, or packed in a larger exterior case. Perfect for video equipment, network switches, test equipment and audio interfaces. The rack is built out of ½” Baltic Birch plywood finished with black texture coating. All edges are routed with any and all voids filled. The rack features 2 black spring loaded recessed handles, pre-tapped 10/32” rail, and four large rubber feet.
6RU Flyable Network Switch Rack For Dusty/Industrial Environments
This rack is designed to provide isolated dust proof storage of networking equipment in installed dusty and industrial applications. The rack can be flown or floor mounted. The case is designed to pull cool air through the bottom and exhaust hot air through the case sides. At max flow rate, the air in the rack will be replaced 90 times per min.
Apple Portable Computing Work Station
This case was designed for Apple as a portable computing work station. The case features a hinged top lid supported by gas springs. A main work surface with a custom IO panel is provided for laptops. A 16RU rack section with a pocket door and rear access door is provided for equipment storage.
