Athletic Trainers Taping Trunk
This case is the pinnacle portable tape trunk for the mobile athletic trainer. The case features a removable front lid that turns into a table that is the same height as the case creating a work surface that is 94″ long! The case and lid are reinforced to support the weight of a player to allow for taping on either or both sides simultaneously. Also included is a blue Armasport 24″ x 72″ x .625″ foam pad to put on the work surface. The pad is designed to hang over the side of the lid or case to provide maximum comfort to the athlete.
Portable Athletic Trainers Tape Kit
This case is designed to be a light weight waterproof solution for the mobile athletic trainer. The case features a removable plastic bin with a removable tape caddy that hold 120 rolls of 2″ tape. Below the bin are 6 compartments with removable plastic dividers that can hold anything from cold packs and bandages to stethoscopes and portable AED’s. The case comes complete with a handy erasable white board mounted in the case lid.
The exterior case is a Pelican 1630 which is completely waterproof and features an unconditional lifetime guarantee.
Custom Holm AH17DX216A Monitor Lift Case
This case was designed for Visual Aids Electronics. The case holds a Holm AH17DX216A monitor. The monitor is suspended in a foam lined compartment to allow it to be used in the case and transported to events.
The case is built out of 3/8″ plywood and features 3.5″ casters and a trap door to access all the monitor inputs.
Axis Longboard Double Pedal A-L2 Case
This case is designed for Axis Percussion Longboard A Double Pedals. The pedals are held in a custom CNC cut foam insert. The foam insert is designed to hold each of the pedals and both beaters in separate compartments. The insert is designed with durability in mind, the bottom of each pedal compartment features a piece of 1/4″ black plastic to prevent the velcro on the bottom of the pedals from ripping the foam over time. The case is built out of 1/4″ plywood to provide maximum protection at a minimum weight. The exterior case features 3 recessed handles.
Installed Rack/Mixer Station
This case was built for Custom Media Services. The case is designed to be installed into a gym that teaches spinning classes. Our design was based around a user teaching a class on a spinning bike and operating all of the equipment within the rack.
The horizontal mixer section of the rack is covered with a clear Lexan door to ensure that if the teacher leans over the mixer mid workout they will not sweat on the console. The media is controlled via a Crestron controller which is recessed into the top of the rack behind the mixer section. The media is held on a 22″ Apple iMac computer mounted just behind the Crestron controller.
The rack is built out of 3/4″ Birch and finished with our proprietary black textured coating.

Samsung UN40EH6000F 40″ Monitor Case
This case was designed for PSAV. The case holds a Samsung UN40EH6000F 40″ LCD monitor and accessories. The monitor is stored against a large center divider and surrounded by 2″ foam to provide maximum protection. The exterior case is built out of 3/8″ plywood and features stacking caster wells in the lid, 3.5″ casters, a 2 color custom silkscreen of the PSAV logo and 6 recessed handles.

Sigma Flame Effect Case
This case was designed for Pyrotechnico to hold 2 Sigma Services Flame effects. The effects are laid down and cradled in custom foam cavities. The controller and cables are stored in separate foam lined compartments for organization and protection on the road.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8″ plywood and rides on 3.5″ casters.

Portable Mass Kit Travel Case
This case was designed for Holy Family Church. The case provides individual compartments for each of the tiny elements of the portable mass kit. The individual compartments not only provide maximum protection for the items, they also allow the user to quickly see if a piece is missing.
Standard Field Trunk
This trunk is designed to be a catch all utility storage solution for use in athletics. The trunk features an easy to clean black texture coated interior. The interior also features 2 removable trays. One tray is open for general storage; the other tray features 3 removable dividers that create 4 compartments. The trunk exterior is built out of 3/8” plywood with your choice of exterior laminate color. The trunk rides on 8” field casters mounted to a .75” plywood caster board covering the entire bottom of the case. Hardware includes flat triangle corners, recessed lid stays and 4 deep recessed handles.
Cisco CTS500-32 Monitor Case
This case was designed for Cisco Systems. The case holds one Cisco CTS500-32 monitor with the base attached. The monitor is cradled in a custom foam lined compartment, the case interior also features a 4" black carpet lined accessory compartment.
Yamaha Subkick Case
This case is designed for the Yamaha SKRM-100 Sub Kick. The Sub Kick and stand are held in a custom CNC cut foam compartment. The stand compartment is designed to hold the collapsed base and mount as one unit.
Portable Server Rack Workstation
This case was designed for Imperial Trading as the center of their trade show support cases. The set of cases includes 3 - 50 capacity Acer Iconia cases (for more info on those cases CLICK HERE) and a custom power distribution case.
50 Capacity Acer Iconia Case
This case was designed for Imperial Trading and was handled by our in house Custom Integration department. The case is designed to hold 50 Acer Iconia tablets in the upright position. The tablets are held in custom crosslink foam inserts which accommodates the tablets as well as each tablets power cord. Crosslink foam is considered a Class A scratch free surface to ensure the tablets will not scratch inside the case.
Avalon U5 Pelican 1450 Case
This case was built for dmr-rents.com. The case is designed around a Pelican 1450 waterproof case. The U5 is cradled in a custom cut foam insert that accommodates the ground lift switch in the back of the unit as well as front controls. The front of the unit is supported with a pice of foam that lies between the "speaker to input" and "active to thru" buttons on the front of the unit. The insert also accommodates the units rubber feet and provides storage for the power cable.
Imperial Trading Custom Power Distro Rack
This case was designed for Imperial Trading to simultaneously power 150 of their Acer Iconia tablets at trade shows. The distro was built by the LM Cases Custom Integration department to distribute 2 - 20 amp input lines and provide power to 16 outlets on the rear of the rack unit. When the laptops aren't charging, the rear outlets can be switched off and the power can be routed to the front 4 blue outlets to power their booth. The outlets are very high quality Hubbell outlets and color coded, the red outlets are for laptops and the blue outlets are for the booth.
