Avalon U5 Pelican 1450 Case
Custom Pelican 1450 case with a precision-cut foam insert designed to securely hold and protect the Avalon U5. The insert provides clearance for rear controls, supports the front panel without stressing switches, accommodates the unit’s rubber feet, and includes storage for the power cable—delivering a clean, durable, and tour-ready transport solution.
Imperial Trading Custom Power Distro Rack
This case was designed for Imperial Trading to simultaneously power 150 of their Acer Iconia tablets at trade shows. The distro was built by the LM Cases Custom Integration department to distribute 2 - 20 amp input lines and provide power to 16 outlets on the rear of the rack unit. When the laptops aren't charging, the rear outlets can be switched off and the power can be routed to the front 4 blue outlets to power their booth. The outlets are very high quality Hubbell outlets and color coded, the red outlets are for laptops and the blue outlets are for the booth.
1 Ton & 2 Ton Chain Motor Case
This case was built for the Morale Welfare & Recreation division of the Navy. The case is designed to hold 1 ton and 2 ton CM Lodestar motors. The motors are held in interchangeable birch cradles. The cradles contour the exact shape of the motors allowing for safe transportation. New cradles to hold 1/2 ton and 1/4 ton motors can be purchased in the future to keep the case cost effective and versatile.
Soundcraft EPM8 Mixer Case
This case was designed for the Audio Visual Professional Group. The case is from our XL Series (Click Here For Info). XL Series cases are designed for light weight portable applications, they work especially well in the rental markets.
Presonus 16.0.2 Case
This case is designed for the Presonus Studiolive 16.0.2 mixer. The case is built out of 1/4" plywood to keep it lightweight and manageable. The case interior features a 1" foam lined interior with strategic foam blocking to keep the mixer in place during transportation. There is a foam slot under the mixer for cable storage.
Michigan State University Bowl Game Laptop Case
This case was built for Michigan State University for bowl games and holds 10 Dell E6250 laptops and power supplies. The laptops are held in a custom CNC cut foam insert that provides custom fitting, shock absorbing compartments. The power supplies are stored in a 4" carpet lined accessory compartment.
San Diego State Video Server Workstation
This case was built for San Diego state for their recent bowl game. The case features a shock mounted rack shell with space for 3 1RU servers. The case features 4 Baltic birch drawers mounted on HD glides for storage.
2012 Signature Video Lift Case - Locker Room Entertainment System
This case was designed to be the ultimate portable video case. The case is based around a 46" Sony 3D LED-LCD monitor mounted on a remote controlled adjustable lift. The lift allows the monitor to be raised high enough to be seen in a large room and still the case a manageable size. All of the monitors connections including HDMI, VGA, Component RBG, Coax, Cat5 and 1/8" audio in are accessible via a custom built patch panel on the front of the case. This allows users to easily integrate components like laptops, DVD players and or gaming systems with out the need to reach behind the monitor.
GLP Volkslicht 6 Capacity ATA Case
This case was built for Oxygen Lightworks. The case is designed to hold 8 GLP Volkslicht RGB moving fixtures with clamps attached. The fixtures ride in a hanging configuration in a custom CNC cut foam insert. The lights can be placed in the insert in any direction to allow for easy loading and unloading.
San Diego State Dell E6410/E6510 16 Capacity Laptop Trunk
This case was designed for San Diego State University. The case holds 12 Dell E6410 laptops and 4 E6510s in a custom CNC cut foam insert. The case interior also features a large carpet lined accessory compartment for power supplies and other miscellaneous components. To complete the kit, the case also features a custom built table that features locking table legs and a black formica work surface.
University Of Michigan Video Server Rack
This case was integrated by Thalner Labs for the University of Michigan, the case is designed to transport video servers. The case features a 30" deep foam shock mounted inner rack shell with captive nut box rails mounted front and rear.
10 RU Recording Outboard Rack
This case is designed to hold rack mounted outboard gear as well as a computer keyboard and mouse, the case will be used in a mobile production environment as well as in a studio. The rack is complementary to our sound isolation rack, where the computer and hard drives are stored in the isolation rack; the mouse, keyboard and monitor are located on the outboard rack. This is beneficial in studios that use mixing consoles, the case can be placed perpendicular to the mixer and allow the user a place to hold their computer monitor, mouse and keyboard; while the isolation rack that holds the computer can be kept at a distance.
Apple Mac Pro Flypack Case
This case was designed with the mobile recordist in mind. The case holds an Apple Mac Pro tower in a 2" foam lined compartment and a foam shock mounted 8 RU rack above the computer. The computer is held in with foam blocks allowing the front of the computer to remain flush with the front foam of the case. The back of the computer compartment has blocks that hold the computer by the corners to allow room for all connections on the back of the computer and prevent it from moving front to back in the compartment. There is a "U" shaped cable passage between the computer and the rack to allow cable connectivity between the two compartments without interfering with the rear lid.
Pelican Xbox 360 Kinect Case
This case was designed for PSAV. The case is designed to hold an entire Xbox 360 system and games in a Pelican 1650 case. The system components are held in a custom CNC cut insert that allows each item(s) to have an individual foam lined compartment.
Presonus 24.4.2 Case With Doghouse
This case was designed for a Presonus Studiolive 24. The case features a 1" foam lined interior and a custom 3/4" Birch doghouse that contours the back of the board. The exterior case is made out of 1/4" plywood and features 5 recessed handles.
