Portable Game Film Trunk With 60” TV
This case was built for West Memphis High School for portable game films. The case features a 60” monitor installed on a HD tour grade electric lift. The lift is controlled with a hardwired remote control that can either be used in the case or handheld. The monitor is wired to a custom IO box that features Neutrik® HDMI and Cat5 jacks. A recessed Hubbell power inlet is the main input source of power. A 25’ 12awg HD extra hard usage power cable is included.
Black Magic SmartView Monitor Fly Pack Storm Case
This case was built for Paramount Event Group as a custom video fly pack. The case features a 6RU tilting rack frame for a Black Magic Smartview Monitor. Below the monitor is a 3RU rack section for additional equipment storage. A custom foam insert is included to hold Datavideo DAC 70’s and Decimator MD-HX converters.
Custom Portable Entertainment Center Road Case
This case was designed for the Bubble Group as a portable entertainment center. The case comes fully integrated with a 55” Sony smart monitor, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Apple TV, courtesy charging USB power outlets and a digitally controlled full range audio system.
Boeing 6 Capacity Monitor Trade Show Shipping Case
This case was designed for Boeing to transport 6 monitors for use on a custom display cart. The case holds 3 Samsung 60" & 75" monitors in an upright configuration. Due to the size of the monitors, the design allows them to slide into compartments so minimal lifting is required to load and unload the case.
Daktronics ECCB LED Display Lift Case
This case was designed to hold a Daktronics ECCB LED display. The display is mounted on a custom built linear actuator lift system built by LM Cases. The system is designed to provide a simple solution to transport the display to and from trade shows. In addition to being a transport case, it is also part of the customer's trade show booth. The case is rolled to the back of a 10' x 10' booth and is skirted with black fabric with the customer's logo. The case is designed to hold all items used in the customer's booth in addition to the display, since the case is part of the booth there isn't a need for the on site show services provider to store any empty portion of the case; this allows for fast set up and tear down of the booth. Operation is as simple as removing the lids, plugging the case in and pressing a button!
Samsung SD850 32” Display Case
This case was designed to hold a Samsung SD852 32" display. The monitor is held in a custom 2" Ester foam lined compartment that accommodates the display with the telescoping desktop mount attached. The case also features a 4" accessory compartment for peripherals.
Smart 6065 Display Shipping Case
This case was designed for Smart Technologies to transport a 6065 display to trade shows. The case is designed with ergonomics as a top priority allowing for easy loading/unloading in addition to moving the loaded case from point to point.
Portable Weight Room Media Center
This system was designed for the Philadelphia Eagles as mixed media playback device for the teams weight room. The system is comprised of a 50" Sony LED TV, KRK studio grade sound system and a Apple TV for wireless communication.
27” Apple iMac Travel Case
This case was designed for Starlight Visual to hold a 27" Apple iMac. The monitor is designed to be transported screen up with custom foam blocks contouring the back of the monitors. The stand fits into a recessed foam compartment allowing the monitor to ship as an assembled unit with out modification. The screen rides face up resting on a piece of Crosslink foam mounted in the lid. Crosslink foam is a Class A surface designed to touch delicate glass items like glossy monitor screens and projector lenses. The custom CNC cut foam insert also includes compartments for a full size Apple keyboard and two additional compartments for mice and cables.
NEC x463UN 5 Capacity Monitor Case
This case was designed for ABCOM to carry 5 NEC x463UN video wall monitors. Each monitor is held in a custom compartment lined with 1.5" Crosslink foam. Crosslink foam features a Class A surface that wont scratch the delicate monitor faces. The compartments hold the bottom 2/3 of the monitor allowing easy access to the handles on the rear of the units for easy removal. A 7" accessory compartment is also included for cords and other peripherals.
NEC x463UN Case w/Premier MVW463 Mount
This case was designed for Alternative Video Solutions to hold 2 NEC x463UN monitors and 2 Premier MVW463 video wall mount brackets. The case holds each monitor in an individual slot that is lined with 2" Ester foam and features a piece of 1/2" Crosslink foam that touches the monitor face to prevent scratches. The Premier mounts are held in a black carpet lined compartment.
University Of Arkansas Locker Room Entertainment Trunk
This trunk was designed for the University Of Arkansas as a portable locker room entertainment system. The system is centered around a Sony 47" LED-LCD TV, Apple TV which provides wireless integration, and a studio grade KRK sound system.
Sharp Aquos 60” Monitor Lift Case
This case is designed to hold a Sharp Aquos LC-60LE745U monitor on a Chief electronic lift. The case features a removable top lid that is designed to be removed with a single person by grasping the two top center mounted handles. A side lid is provided for easy access to the bottom of the case and for maintenance. The case is designed with trade shows in mind, all latches lock on themselves to provide a clean look and to prevent any injury due to a sharp protruding latch.
55” Confidence Monitor Case
This case was designed for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and integrated by the Whitlock group as part of a 3 case system to use on the Novartis campus. The case features a 55" monitor mounted in a custom enclosure to hold the monitor at a fixed angle for "confidence monitor" applications. The enclosure is built out of 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood and features top & bottom mounted vents, rear access door and VESA pattern holes for mounting the monitor. Custom CNC cut foam cradles were created to provide additional support at the bottom of the monitor.
Mobile Presentation LCD Monitor Lift Case
This case was designed around a Sharp LC-70LE650U 70" LCD monitor for use in mobile presentations around a college campus. The case is designed to be operated by one person, all lids; including the main top lid is hinged removing the need for a technician to ask for help during set up and tear down. Because the top lid is large, gas springs were installed to assist with opening and closing. The gas springs also provide an extra level of safety to ensure the lid remains open during use. The monitor raises from the case on an electrically powered lift, all input and output connections on the monitor are relocated to a panel on the side of the case which prevents the need to reach up to the monitor once its in the air. All cables connected to the panel are wrapped into a single neat bundle that travels up and down with the monitor, this provides a very neat and pleasing visual esthetic.
