Middle Tennessee State Univ. Athletic Trainers Field Workbox
This trunk was designed for Middle Tennessee State University. The trunk is designed to be a field based workstation for the athletic trainers during each game. The trunk features 8 drawers and 32 small plastic bins for storage, each drawer features unique dividers to keep all of the gear organized. Each drawer is either divided in half, or thirds, one drawer features 8 compartments (pictured) while another features 30 dowel rods for tape storage (pictured). The drawers are mounted in a shock mounted inner shell, which allows the inner drawers to remain isolated from the exterior case. This is beneficial when the case is fully loaded, when you pull a case that may weigh over 500lbs loaded by the handle; you can transfer the "flex" of the outer case to the drawer glides and bend them. The isolated design prevents this problem, it also provides a cleaner looking exterior because you cant see any of the rivet holes used for mounting the drawers. The interior case also features a carpet lined storage compartment accessible by a trap door located on the top of the case.
LM Cases Custom Cadillac Trunk
This case was built for Pete's Big Tvs, the case is our standard Cadillac size of 43.75" x 21.125" x 29.375". The case us built out of 1/2" plywood and features airline cable lid stay, 6 - 4" casters & 10 handles.
Canon WUX 4000 Projector Case
This case was designed for Canon USA. The case holds a Canon WUX 4000 projector in a 2" foam lined compartment. The interior also features a 2" recessed cable area for misc storage.
Custom Mac Pro Workstation Case
This case was designed for Situation Interactive. The case is designed to hold 6RU of rack mounted gear, as well as a Mac Pro tower, accessories and a rack mounted slide out shelf on the bottom of the case. The Mac Pro tower is held in a 2" foam lined compartment with a piece of white HDPE plastic on the bottom for easy loading and unloading of the tower. To the right of the computer compartment are 2 carpet lined storage compartments for prepherials; below the storage compartments is a removable 3/8" plywood storage caddy. There is a total of 8 RU of storage in the case, 6 RU on top of the case for equipment and 2 RU below for a slide out rack mountable shelf.
Bose L1 Speaker System ATA Case
This case was built for Visual Aids Electronics. The case is designed to hold a complete Bose L1 Speaker system. The system subwoofer is kept in a hinged storage compartment in the front of the case. The foam is notched on the compartment lid to allow the lid to sit just beyond 90 degrees so the lid will not fall when loading and unloading the sub. The speaker columns are stored above the subwoofer compartment. The speaker column pedestal is stored on its side in a foam lined rear compartment
Motion Sound Pro 145 “Live In” Flight Case
This case was designed for the touring production of Shrek. The case holds the Motion Sound Pro 145 in a 2" foam lined compartment. The rear of the case features 2 cable hatches to allow access to the power cable as well as the DI - XLR's. The "live in" style case is great for players who want protection for their amps during the performance.
Christie 1.5-2.0SX 1.4-1.8HD Lens Case
This case was built for Tekamaki. The case is designed to hold the Christie 1.5-2.0SX 1.4-1.8HD lens for separate shipment with their Christie HD 10KM projector. The case features a custom CNC cut foam interior to perfectly contour the lens.
Video Flypack Rack w/Monitor
This case was designed for RCI Sound Systems. The case features 12RU equipment section with a 32" deep rack shell. The HP L2105 monitor is mounted on a Premier AM50-B mount. The mount allows the monitor to articulate as well as spin from landscape to portrait viewing positions.
University Of Arkansas Coaches Trunk
This case was designed for the University of Arkansas. The case interior features a hanging clothes section that is coated with our black textured coating to allow easy cleaning. The hanging clothes section also features a locking trap door and a clear Lexan door. This allows team members to simply walk by the closed case and toss their dirty laundry through the trap door with out the need to keep the case open to save on floor space in cramped locker rooms. Underneath the hanging clothes section, there is a 1/2" Baltic birch drawer featuring 3 compartments and a matching black fiberglass laminated drawer face. The case interior also features 15 individual storage compartments for shoes or other gear. The storage compartment dividers are made out of 3/8" plastic, and the compartment is coated in black textured coating. This allows the compartments to be easily wiped out for quick cleaning.
Smart Technologies UF75 System Case
This case was designed for Smart Technologies. The case is designed to transport the UF75 system to trade shows around the world in the most demanding transportation situations. The case is also designed to be easy to move by incorporating over a years worth of ergonomic research by the LM Cases design department. This case features custom "pole" handles mounted in the front and rear lid that allow 90% of North American Males & Females to push or pull the case with their arm and forearm at a 90 degree angle. This angle allows maximum force to be applied with the least amount of physical strain. To aid in moving the case, we outfitted it with custom designed Darcor 3 wheel casters. The casters allow the outer two wheels to spin in opposite directions taking the weight off the center caster which makes the case easier to move.
Pelican 1150 Hard Drive Case
This case is designed to hold 7 firewire hard drives. The case features a custom CNC cut insert with a removable foam plug to accommodate either 4 or 7 drives.
University Of Oregon Helmet Repair Sideline Trunk
This case was designed for the University Of Oregon, the case is designed to hold all the parts and pieces needed to repair helmets during games. The case features a 24 bin unit that holds all the screws and other small parts that could get lost. The lid also features 6 cubby compartments in the lid for storage.
Yamaha PM5D Road Case
This case was designed for Maryland Sound International. The case is built out of 1/2" plywood laminated with Armor-Tuf fiberglass. The case features a 10" Birch doghouse, 2 slide out keyboard shelves mounted on Accuride glides, 14 Handles, 4" x 2" HD casters, a recessed PAL label dish, recessed asset bar code dishes and a custom silkscreen of the MSI logo.
University Of Nebraska Video Workstation
This case was designed for the University Of Nebraska. The project was handled by LM Cases' in house integration department that worked with the University Of Nebraska from the initial concept through the final production process. All the equipment was provided by LM Cases for a complete turn key solution.
D&B Q10 Speaker Case
This case was built for Overland Pro Audio. The case is designed to be a combination lift off/hinged lid which we refer to as our "M-Style" case closure. The case tray features a CNC cut insert to nest the trapezoidal cabinets next to each other. The hinged top portion of the lid hold all the rigging accessories and cables needed to fly the two cabinets.
