Custom Portable Entertainment Center Road Case
This case was designed for the Bubble Group as a portable entertainment center. The case comes fully integrated with a 55” Sony smart monitor, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Apple TV, courtesy charging USB power outlets and a digitally controlled full range audio system.
2RU Mobile Entertainment Center Control Rack Panel
This 2RU rack mount panel was designed to be the control center of a mobile entertainment system. The panel is built from .125” thick black anodized aluminum with all labels being laser etched. Featured are a Siemens 30mm push button and indicator light. The push button initiates the power sequencer to power up/down all the components of the case. The indicator light is the last element in the power chain; once the sequence has completed the light illuminates. Also featured is a waterproof HD up/down switch that controls an electric lift that a monitor is mounted on. Centered in the panel is a Leviton courtesy outlet that features Edison outlets and 2 USB outlets. 5 USB outlets are provided for device charging. Male XLR jacks are provides for a main output of the system to an additional set of speakers. Input signals are handled through Datapro brand panel mount HDMI, 3.5mm audio jack and a USB 3.0 jack. All Datapro input jacks feature recessed milling on the rear of the panel.
2RU Airline Carry On Fly Rack
This case is designed for touring engineers who require outboard rack mounted gear. The Pelican 1510 case is designed to be carried on and stored in most overhead compartments on commercial airlines. The interior rack is built from ½” Baltic Birch and finished with black texture coating. The rack features 2 recessed black handles. Front rail depth is set at 1” to allow for knobs and connectors on equipment, the rear rail is set at ½”. Different rail recess options adds functionality, allowing the user accommodate most pieces of outboard equipment.
Universal Audio Apollo Twin/Duo Case
This case is designed to hold the Universal Audio Apollo Twin desktop recording interface. The interface us is held in a custom CNC cut PE foam insert. A storage compartment is included to hold the power supply and Thunderbolt cable. The exterior case features a spring loaded surface mounted handle and 2 twist latches.
Nvidia Compact IT Workbox
This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable workbox for their trade show IT department. The case is designed to help support smaller shows where space is a concern.
32 RU Portable Server Noise Isolation Rack
This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable server rack for use at trade shows. The case holds 32RU of gear in a shock isolated inner shell to prevent damage to the delicate servers. To dampen the noise of the server fans, the inner shell features 10 ultra low noise cooling fans and 3/8” thick clear Lexan doors at the front and back of the shell.
University Of Louisville Pre-Game Trunk
This trunk was designed for the University Of Louisville to hold various cloth items used before games. The trunk interior is lined with .125” thick white HDPE plastic laminated to open cell PE foam. The plastic lined interior allows for easy cleaning and water resistance. The usable interior dimensions are 39.25” wide x 23.25” deep x 24.25” tall.
The trunk is built from LM Cases’ proprietary 1/2” thick composite panels laminated with red fiberglass exterior. The trunk exterior also features recessed vent dishes, deep recessed handles, stacking caster wells, 4” Colson casters and 5 prints of the University Of Louisville logo.
2RU L6-30 Server Rack Power Input Panel
This panel was built for Nvidia as a main power input for a portable server rack. The panel acts as a main input source for the server rack, all in/out connections are addressed at this panel. The panel features a L6-30 208v power input inlet with a 30 amp hydraulic breaker in line, wired to an L6-30 outlet on the rear of the panel. All power is enclosed in a back box mounted to the panel flanges. The panel also features 8 – Neutrik NE8FDP-B Cat 5 jacks.
The panel is built from .125” thick brushed aluminum that is black anodized. All labels and logos are laser etched.
Miami Dolphins Projector/Document Camera Workstation
This case was designed for the Miami Dolphins to display video and photos for team presentations. The case features a projector, and a document camera attached to a top work surface. The system is designed with quick setup and tear down in mind. All components are permanently wired allowing the user to simply remove the case lids and plug the system into a power source.
Cleveland Browns Fluids Trunk
This trunk was built for the Cleveland Browns. The case is designed to be a mobile work station that holds a variety of accessories and various tools. The trunk lid features eight Tilt Lock bin units that provide sixteen individual storage compartments for small parts. The Tilt Lock bins feature translucent plastic that allow users to quickly see the contents of each bin at eye level. The lid is supported with gas springs that aid in the opening and closing of the lid. One of the two gas springs feature a locking mechanism to prevent the lid from accidentally closing during use. The main work surface is built out of clear 3/8" scratch resistant Lexan, which allows users to see the contents of the drawers mounted below. The main body of the case features four drawers. The drawers are built into a 1/2" plywood inner shell that is independent of the exterior case. The separate shell allows the drawers to be independent from the exterior case, which allows the appearance of a cleaner exterior due to the lack of exposed rivets used for mounting the drawers. It also prevents any flexing or loading that the case exterior endures from transferring to the drawer glides. Each drawer is custom built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The top two drawers feature two dividers allowing each drawer to be divided into three compartments. The bottom two drawers feature a single center divider allowing two compartments. Each compartment in the top two drawers is 11.25" wide x 21" deep x 7.5" tall. The bottom drawer compartments are 17.125" wide x 21" deep x 7.5" tall.
Cleveland Browns Locker Room Supply Trunk
This trunk was built for the Cleveland Browns. The case is designed to be a mobile work station that holds a variety of accessories, such as tape and various tools. The trunk lid features four Tilt Lock bin units that provide eight individual storage compartments for small parts. The Tilt Lock bins feature translucent plastic that allow users to quickly see the contents of each bin at eye level. The lid also features 6 compartments constructed from 3/8" clear Lexan. Each compartment features a hinged door with a Southco slam latch. The lid is supported with gas springs that aid in the opening and closing of the lid. One of the two gas springs feature a locking mechanism to prevent the lid from accidentally closing during use. The main work surface is built out of clear 3/8" scratch resistant Lexan, which allows users to see the contents of the drawers mounted below. The main body of the case features three drawers. The drawers are built into a 1/2" plywood inner shell that is independent of the exterior case. The separate shell allows the drawers to be independent from the exterior case, which allows the appearance of a cleaner exterior due to the lack of exposed rivets used for mounting the drawers. It also prevents any flexing or loading that the case exterior endures from transferring to the drawer glides. Each drawer is custom built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD Accuride glides. Each tape caddy features ten spindles for a total of twenty. Two drawers are split into six compartments with removable dividers, and two drawers are split into twelve compartments with removable dividers. The bottom right portion of the case features a 20.5" wide x 10.625" tall open storage compartment for bags.
