Hockey Team Coffee, Blender & Nutrition Appliance Case
This custom appliance case built by LM Cases was designed for the Utah Mammoth hockey team to transport and operate a Blendtec Stealth X blender, DeLonghi Dedica Duo espresso machine, Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ machine, scales, and other sports nutrition items.
The design is based around a removable appliance caddy that holds each machine on an individual slide-out shelf. Each appliance is powered and can be used quickly by simply pulling out its shelf. The slide-out shelves feature custom brackets that conform to the unique shape of each machine, helping keep the appliances secure during transport and operation. The shelves are built from 3/4" Baltic birch plywood, mounted on heavy-duty Accuride drawer slides, and finished with black textured coating. Each shelf also features a modern stainless steel bar handle.
Four storage drawers are provided within the caddy. Each drawer features usable interior dimensions of 5.375" wide x 11.5" deep x 3.875" tall. The drawers include four movable dividers, allowing users to configure the interiors for coffee pods, supplements, utensils, accessories, or other small sports nutrition items. The drawers are built from 1/2" Baltic birch and feature low-profile drawer glides with small recessed spring-loaded pull handles.
Power is brought into the caddy using a locking True1 inlet located below the drawers. Power is distributed through a custom-configured LM Tour Systems 52-391 chassis.. This power distribution unit features two locking True1 power outlets, a 20 amp hydraulic breaker, a volt/amp meter, and two power outlets that provide four standard AC outlets, two USB-A charge ports, and two USB-C charge ports. All machines are wired into the main distribution panel using locking True1 power connectors.
The distribution panel provides real-time metering for line voltage and current draw, allowing users to monitor available venue power and power consumption during operation. The integrated hydraulic breaker helps protect the system from over-current conditions. A LM Tour Systems True1 – AC power cable is provided. Optional cables include LM Tour Systems True1 – True1 link cables for additional cable length, as well as True1 – 4Plex and Pendant power banks for expanded power distribution options.
The removable caddy concept allows the machines and storage to be contained in one organized unit. The caddy can be removed from the exterior road case and placed directly on a table or on top of the case. This allows the caddy to remain cleaner and better protected from road wear, while the exterior case absorbs the abuse of travel. The caddy features four black deep recessed handles and rubber feet.
The exterior case is built from 3/8" plywood laminated with black ABS plastic. It is lined with 1" PE foam and features a 3" PE foam bottom to support the caddy. The bottom foam includes a 1/4" marine-grade plastic top cap to help prevent foam damage. It also features receptacles for the caddy’s rubber feet, allowing the caddy to drop into place and remain located during transport. An accessory compartment is located under the caddy for storage of the power cable.
The hardware package includes deep recessed handles and stacking caster wells in the removable lid. The caster wells are configured to stack like-sized cases and also provide recessed receptacles for the caddy’s rubber feet when users want to operate the caddy on top of the exterior case. The case rides on 4" Colson casters mounted to a full-size 3/4" caster board. Two silkscreen prints of the Utah Mammoth logo are provided on the exterior.
The maximum exterior dimensions of the case including corners & casters are 32” wide x 24” deep x 36.125” tall. These exterior dimensions allow the case to be packed in a standard 96” wide truck configured quarter by third pack: (3 or 4 cases across depending on orientation)

NY Jets Custom Coffee & Sewing Workstation
This custom mobile workstation case was built for the New York Jets equipment management staff, combining a coffee station and sewing workstation in a portable trunk design.
The coffee section features a commercial-grade Keurig mounted on a slide-out shelf with a custom CNC-cut bracket and foam retention to keep the machine secure during transport. Power is supplied through a 30 ft retractable cable reel, eliminating the need for a separate power cable. Storage includes three drawers with inserts for up to 240 K-Cups and a small wire rack for additional coffee supplies.
The workstation also includes dedicated storage for a Singer 4411 sewing machine and a drawer with thread dowels for organizing spools. All drawers are built from ½” Baltic Birch, mounted on heavy-duty Accuride glides, and lined with carpet and marine-grade plastic dividers for durability and organization.
Above the drawers is a large storage compartment, and the removable front lid converts into a table with folding legs. The case exterior is constructed from ½” plywood laminated with forest green ABS, finished with recessed hardware and 4” casters for durability and mobility.
Coffee Maker Amenities Case For Northwestern University
This custom coffee and amenities workstation case was built for Northwestern University to provide a mobile beverage and refreshment station.
The case includes a commercial Keurig coffee maker on a slide-out shelf with custom retention and a drip coffee urn used to serve the university’s special blend known as “Jarv Juice.” An illuminated sign with the Northwestern logo and purple LED lighting indicates when the coffee is ready. The system also features a cup dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and multiple storage drawers for supplies.
A built-in refrigerator with a glass door and LED lighting provides cold storage, while additional drawers with dividers organize beverages and accessories.
Power is supplied through a locking Neutrik True1 inlet with a 25 ft cable, ensuring secure power during use.
