Q2Cue Production Manager’s Amenities Workbox
The LM Cases Q2Cue Production Manager’s Amenities Workbox is a fully integrated mobile hospitality system designed to bring essential kitchen, beverage, printing, and storage equipment directly into a touring production environment. Originally built for Q2Cue, the case provides production managers and crew with a centralized location for food, drinks, printing, and everyday support without having to leave the work site.
The system incorporates a 4.5 cu. ft. refrigerator, 1.1 cu. ft. microwave, commercial Keurig B145 coffee maker, George Foreman 3-in-1 Evolve Grill, and printer into a single road-ready enclosure. The refrigerator and microwave are housed in dedicated foam-lined compartments, while the coffee maker, grill, and printer are mounted on heavy-duty slide-out shelves for easy access during use.
Each slide-out appliance position is built from Baltic birch plywood with a durable black texture-coated finish. Custom CNC-machined mounting areas locate and retain the equipment during transport, while additional integrated drawers provide storage for supplies, utensils, paperwork, accessories, and other production essentials.
Proper appliance ventilation was incorporated directly into the case design. Strategically positioned openings and expanded-metal ventilation allow heat generated by the refrigerator and other equipment to escape while maintaining the strength and protection of the enclosure. The original engineering drawing specifically identifies expanded-metal venting around the appliance compartments.
Power is consolidated into an integrated distribution system so the entire workbox can be deployed from a single source. A built-in 30-foot retractable cable reel allows the user to pull out the required amount of power cable during setup and automatically retract it into the case after the event.
The exterior is constructed from 3/8" plywood laminated with black ABS and equipped with recessed road-case hardware, padlockable latches, heavy-duty 4" Colson casters, and a reinforced caster board. The removable front lid also provides storage for table legs, helping the system serve as a complete mobile production-support station once deployed.
Designed, integrated, and assembled by LM Cases, the Q2Cue Amenities Workbox was delivered as a turnkey system with the appliances, cabinetry, mounting, ventilation, and power infrastructure incorporated into one touring package.
