Midas M32R 3 Piece Lid Mixing Console Case
This case is designed to hold a Midas M32R mixing console. The three piece design allows the console to be used in the case bottom tray with the top, and nose lids being removable. The exterior features 8 deep recessed handles. A handle is located in the case caster pad to help move it when on a table top or EZ Tilt. The case exterior is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS laminate color. The case rides on 4” Colson casters and features a full ¾” thick birch wheel pad.
Chauvet Intimidator 350 LED - 8 Pack Road Case
This case was designed to hold 8 Chauvet Intimidator 350 LED light fixtures. Each fixture is held in an individual compartment in a CNC cut foam insert. 6” of space is allowed above each fixture base to accommodate clamps mounted to the fixture. 2 removable trays are provided above the fixtures for storage. The case exterior is 48” wide x 24” deep, and rides on 4” Colson casters.
Installed Yamaha QL5 Mixing Console Work Station Desk
This case was built for a church to provide a front of house work station to hold their Yamaha QL5 mixer, and provide storage for production equipment.
L14-30 Amp Rack Power Distribution Unit
This power distro box is designed take 3 – 30 amp circuits and distribute to rear mounted outlets. The 3 incoming circuits fed from the front mounted L14-30 inlet are protected by magnetic breakers and fed to 4 rear mounted outlets per circuit. A courtesy front mounted duplex is fed via the Z circuit and protected by a 15-amp breaker to prevent over draw from auxiliary sources. A front mounted L14-30 outlet is also provided for linking.
19 Pin - 6 Circuit Socapex / Neutrik True Rack Mount Break Out Box
This power distro box is designed to take 6 circuits via Socapex and distribute them into 12 Neutrik True jacks. Each of the 6 circuits are split A & B allowing 2 outlets per circuit. Each circuit is labeled with its corresponding Socapex pin numbers allowing easy troubleshooting. The box is built around a .125” thick front panel plate with a fully enclosed rear box.
Black Magic ATEM / iMac Production Flypack
This case was built for Plum Precision as a portable video fly pack production case. The system is based around two 21” iMac computers and a Black Magic ATEM production studio. The case features a large sliding work surface allowing users to sit comfortably during shows. The work surface is ergonomically mounted to provide a standard working desk height. Built out of ¾” Baltic Birch plywood finished with black texture coating, the work surface features a remote cable locking latch system that allows the surface to be extended and locked into 25 positions.
Mallinckrodt DSir Medical Device Transport Case
This case was built for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals to hold their DSir MRI unit. The case design allows the device to simply be rolled into the case and locked into place without the need for additional packaging materials. The case was designed to exceed the ISTA 1B shipping certification. The case was tested by an independent testing facility to ensure that the build methods would exceed this packaging standard and protect the DSir against any shipping scenario.
Digital Projection HIGHlite Laser II 3D Projector Case
This case was built for AVI-SPL to hold a Digital Projection HIGHlite Laser II 3D projector. The case is designed to hold the projector in a custom CNC cut foam compartment. The projector is surrounded by a minimum of 2” of foam on all sides. The projector stores with the main lens attached. A second lens is stored in a custom cut compartment in the accessory area. The secondary lens compartment features a custom contoured CNC cut foam compartment with a removable lid.
Custom 5 Piece Drum Kit Tour Case
This case was built for Elevate Life Church to transport their drum kit for tours and for portable church services. The case features storage for a complete 5-piece drum set with storage for a plexi-glass drum shield at the top. The drum set is a rock style kit with a 24” kick drum, 12” rack tom, 16” floor tom, and 18” floor tom.
Custom Speakon/RF Output Panel
This panel was designed for Briarcrest Christian School to provide a central location for their amplifier and RF antennae outputs. The panel features 2 NL4 outputs allowing the left and right speakers to be run down a single cable run. Each connector is labeled using simple terms allowing students to use the panel without confusion. The Speakon connectors are also labeled with the pin out to help with troubleshooting. Dual XLR’s are provided for a record feed. BNC’s are provided to send signal to the separate antennae needed for microphones and IEM’s. Two Cat5 jacks are spec’d for network input/output.
Sony RCP1500 Sliding Rack Mount Fly Pack Shelf
This sliding shelf is designed to hold 3 Sony RCP1500 camera controllers in a rack mount format. The shelf features a multi-position locking latch system that allows the shelf to be extended and locked into 14 positions of extension by pulling the front T handle. The shelf also features a padded palm rest at the front below the controllers. The shelf requires mounting to the front and rear rack rails of a rack case. The minimum rail to rail depth is 20”.
10 Space Flat Panel Shock Mount Rack With Top Lid Storage
This case features a ½” plywood inner rack shell that is foam shock mounted. The rack features a 21” deep rack shell. Usable rail-rail rack depth is 18” with 1.5” front & rear rail recess. The case exterior is built out of ½” plywood, and features stacking caster wells, 4 deep recessed handles, 4” Colson HD casters (2 locking), and slam latches. The lids store inside of the case shell above the rack. The lids are stored in individual compartments allowing them to be removed independently of each other. This case is perfect for amplifiers, in ear monitors, headset communications and stage boxes!
12 Space Double Wide Shock Mount Pocket Door Rack
This case features 2 – 12RU shock mounted rack sections. It is designed around a 48” x 30” truck pack allowing it to be a half pack in a 96” truck and a third pack in a 90” truck. The case can be used as a stand for a FOH or monitor console, a system processing workstation, or a dedicated RF rack. The case features 2 pocket style doors covering the front of each rack section. The doors are mounted on HD glides that allow each door to slide into the sides of the case. The back of the case features a fully removable rear lid with an integrated hinged trap door. The rear lid can be removed to allow full access when loading the rack. The rear lid is designed to stay closed during use. The rear trap door is vented and hinged to provide quick access to all interior equipment. The inner rack shells feature adjustable front, mid and rear rack rail mounting points. The rack features 20” in depth from the front rails to the rear rails. There is 2.5” of clearance between the inside of the front lid to the front rails, and 4.25” of clearance between the rear rails and the rear lid. The exterior case is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic laminate colors. The case features 6 deep recessed handles, 3 vent dishes and 4” x 2” Colson HD Encore casters mounted on a full ¾” plywood wheel pad. The front 2 casters are locking.
