This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable workbox for their trade show IT department. The case is designed to help support smaller shows where space is a concern.
32 RU Portable Server Noise Isolation Rack
This case was designed for Nvidia to be a portable server rack for use at trade shows. The case holds 32RU of gear in a shock isolated inner shell to prevent damage to the delicate servers. To dampen the noise of the server fans, the inner shell features 10 ultra low noise cooling fans and 3/8” thick clear Lexan doors at the front and back of the shell.
University Of Louisville Pre-Game Trunk
This trunk was designed for the University Of Louisville to hold various cloth items used before games. The trunk interior is lined with .125” thick white HDPE plastic laminated to open cell PE foam. The plastic lined interior allows for easy cleaning and water resistance. The usable interior dimensions are 39.25” wide x 23.25” deep x 24.25” tall.
The trunk is built from LM Cases’ proprietary 1/2” thick composite panels laminated with red fiberglass exterior. The trunk exterior also features recessed vent dishes, deep recessed handles, stacking caster wells, 4” Colson casters and 5 prints of the University Of Louisville logo.
2RU L6-30 Server Rack Power Input Panel
This panel was built for Nvidia as a main power input for a portable server rack. The panel acts as a main input source for the server rack, all in/out connections are addressed at this panel. The panel features a L6-30 208v power input inlet with a 30 amp hydraulic breaker in line, wired to an L6-30 outlet on the rear of the panel. All power is enclosed in a back box mounted to the panel flanges. The panel also features 8 – Neutrik NE8FDP-B Cat 5 jacks.
The panel is built from .125” thick brushed aluminum that is black anodized. All labels and logos are laser etched.
Miami Dolphins Projector/Document Camera Workstation
This case was designed for the Miami Dolphins to display video and photos for team presentations. The case features a projector, and a document camera attached to a top work surface. The system is designed with quick setup and tear down in mind. All components are permanently wired allowing the user to simply remove the case lids and plug the system into a power source.
Cleveland Browns Fluids Trunk
This trunk was built for the Cleveland Browns. The case is designed to be a mobile work station that holds a variety of accessories and various tools. The trunk lid features eight Tilt Lock bin units that provide sixteen individual storage compartments for small parts. The Tilt Lock bins feature translucent plastic that allow users to quickly see the contents of each bin at eye level. The lid is supported with gas springs that aid in the opening and closing of the lid. One of the two gas springs feature a locking mechanism to prevent the lid from accidentally closing during use. The main work surface is built out of clear 3/8" scratch resistant Lexan, which allows users to see the contents of the drawers mounted below. The main body of the case features four drawers. The drawers are built into a 1/2" plywood inner shell that is independent of the exterior case. The separate shell allows the drawers to be independent from the exterior case, which allows the appearance of a cleaner exterior due to the lack of exposed rivets used for mounting the drawers. It also prevents any flexing or loading that the case exterior endures from transferring to the drawer glides. Each drawer is custom built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The top two drawers feature two dividers allowing each drawer to be divided into three compartments. The bottom two drawers feature a single center divider allowing two compartments. Each compartment in the top two drawers is 11.25" wide x 21" deep x 7.5" tall. The bottom drawer compartments are 17.125" wide x 21" deep x 7.5" tall.
Cleveland Browns Locker Room Supply Trunk
This trunk was built for the Cleveland Browns. The case is designed to be a mobile work station that holds a variety of accessories, such as tape and various tools. The trunk lid features four Tilt Lock bin units that provide eight individual storage compartments for small parts. The Tilt Lock bins feature translucent plastic that allow users to quickly see the contents of each bin at eye level. The lid also features 6 compartments constructed from 3/8" clear Lexan. Each compartment features a hinged door with a Southco slam latch. The lid is supported with gas springs that aid in the opening and closing of the lid. One of the two gas springs feature a locking mechanism to prevent the lid from accidentally closing during use. The main work surface is built out of clear 3/8" scratch resistant Lexan, which allows users to see the contents of the drawers mounted below. The main body of the case features three drawers. The drawers are built into a 1/2" plywood inner shell that is independent of the exterior case. The separate shell allows the drawers to be independent from the exterior case, which allows the appearance of a cleaner exterior due to the lack of exposed rivets used for mounting the drawers. It also prevents any flexing or loading that the case exterior endures from transferring to the drawer glides. Each drawer is custom built out of 1/2" Baltic Birch plywood and mounted on HD Accuride glides. The top two drawers feature three removable dividers allowing each drawer to be divided into four compartments. Each compartment in the top two drawers is 7.25" wide x 21" deep x 11" tall. Each tape caddy features ten spindles for a total of twenty. Two drawers are split into six compartments with removable dividers, and two drawers are split into twelve compartments with removable dividers. The bottom right portion of the case features a 20.5" wide x 10.625" tall open storage compartment for bags.

The custom stand that the case transports holds 6 monitors in an array to provide video content for flight simulators. The case is design to be a very simple design allowing the stand cart to be rolled into position, and locked into place.

This trunk is designed to hold player's valuables in individualized bags during games. Primirally designed for phones, wallets and watches, this trunk provides and excellent way to keep all valuable items controlled and locked when players and staff are on the field.
University Of The Incarnate Word Headset Communications Trunk
This trunk was built for the University Of The Incarnate Word to hold Telex sideline communication equipment. The trunk features a removable 6RU that can be carried up to the pressbox. The removable rack holds 2 BTR-80N base stations, and a 4RU drawer that contains 6 head sets and their receivers. The rack also features a separate compartment to hold the antennas. The trunk features a removable tray to hold 14 belt pack receivers in a custom CNC cut foam insert. Below the removable tray are a set of bars designed to allows the headsets to hang for easy loading and unloading.
Super Duty Cable Trunk 48” x 24”
This case was built for Darmah LLC. The case is built out of 3/4" Baltic birch plywood and finished with black texture coating. All hardware is black powder coated and routed into the plywood creating a "double recess" for a flat pack exterior. The trunk features 4" x 2" Colson casters with a double thick 1.5" plywood bottom for extra support. The trunk interior features a removable divider with a handle routed in for easy removal. The exterior features the 2 color Darmah logo silkscreen.
Professional Wireless PWS LPDA Antenna Case w/Combiner Rack
This case is designed to hold 2 PWS LPDA antennas, and features a removable 2RU rack shell. The antennae are held in a custom CNC cut foam insert that hold them in a nested configuration. The antenna compartment is separated from the rack via a pieces of 1/4” marine grade plastic, this prevents the antennae from rubbing against the bottom of the rack shell. The rack shell is built out of 1/2” Baltic Birch plywood and is finished with black texture coating. The shell features 10/32” pre-tapped front & rear rack rail. Each set of rails is recessed .75”, and has a rail to rail rack-able depth of 11.75”. All the interior components are held in a Pelican 1620 waterproof case.
1RU Shure ULX-D 2ch Wireless System IO Panel
This panel is designed to compliment a 2 channel Shure ULX-D wireless system. The panel allows for centralized access of the 2 audio outputs, 2 antenna inputs and link outputs and the Primary and Secondary Dante network ports. The panel is designed to power the receiver(s) and or a network switch from the rear Edison outlets and a Shure battery charger from the front outlets. The panel is 1RU in height and features 2 captive 10/32" screws to allow quick removal of the panel without tools.
