Integrated Portable Church Drum Set Transport - Riser Case
This custom drum transport and performance platform was built for City Church as a true all-in-one solution — allowing a fully assembled drum kit to be transported, stored, and played directly from the case.
Designed specifically for churches and shared venues operating in multipurpose spaces, this system dramatically reduces weekly setup and teardown time. The drum kit can remain largely assembled inside the case. When it’s time for service, the lids are removed and the integrated rear platform folds down, instantly converting the transport case into a full-size drum riser.
Platform & Layout
The main case platform measures 84” wide x 45” deep, providing ample room for a full drum setup.
An integrated hinged rear platform folds down to create an additional 72” wide x 46” deep playing surface, bringing total platform depth to 91” when deployed.
The fold-down platform features 12 removable leveling feet, each threaded into recessed hardware and equipped with adjustable leveling bases to ensure stability on uneven gym or auditorium floors. When not in use, the feet store neatly in a recessed compartment within the main case floor.
Both the main platform and rear extension are carpet-lined. This eliminates the need for a separate drum rug while allowing bass drum spurs and Velcro pedals to securely grip the surface.
A removable foam gap block ensures a seamless transition across the hinged section, preventing stands or floor tom legs from resting over an unsupported seam.
Construction & Mobility
The exterior shell is constructed from ½” plywood laminated in black ABS plastic, delivering professional-grade durability while maintaining a clean, stage-ready appearance.
The case rides on HD Colson 4” x 2” locking casters, making it maneuverable despite its substantial footprint. Multiple perimeter handles and reinforced rear handles assist with positioning and load-in.

Purpose-Built for Portable Churches
While not intended for traditional touring applications due to its size, this design excels in fixed or semi-portable worship environments. It allows teams to maintain a consistent drum setup week after week while dramatically reducing labor and transition time in shared facilities.
The result is faster load-ins, cleaner stage presentation, and a more efficient volunteer workflow — all while protecting the drum kit inside a fully enclosed transport case.

Each road case is designed to hold the musician’s molded saxophone cases. The tenor sax case features a CNC-cut Crosslink foam insert contoured to the shape of the molded case and includes dolly casters, allowing it to function as the rolling base for the alto case. A receptacle in the lid secures the alto case during transport.

The interior is lined with 1” PE foam for cushioning and includes a built-in accessory compartment beneath the amplifier for storing small items.

Orange OBC410 Bass Cabinet Case
The custom case is designed for the Orange OBC410 bass cabinet. The cabinet is held in a 1” PE foam lined interior. 2” PE foam is used underneath the cabinet for additional support. The lid pulls over the speaker cabinet allowing it to live in the case tray during a performance.
Orange AD200B Bass Amplifier Case
This case is designed for the Orange AD200B bass amplifier. The case interior is lined with 1” PE foam, with 2” PE foam under the amp head. The lid is removable with the amp living in the case tray. The lid features 3 deep recessed handles and 4 large, recessed latches. The case is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS plastic colors.
Custom Vox AC30S1 Road Case
This custom case is designed for the Vox AC30S1. The amplifier is held in place by custom CNC cut PE foam. The amp is surrounded by 1” foam on the top and sides with 2” PE foam underneath. The bottom foam insert allows the rubber feet on the amp to float with the bottom cabinet being fully supported. A 14” wide x 8” deep x 2” tall accessory compartment is provided under the amp for additional storage.

This custom flight case is designed to fit a Gibson SG electric guitar. The case is constructed from our XL Series aluminum. This aluminum features tongue and groove built into the extruded shape for a very tight, and secure seal between the lid and the tray. The case interior is custom cut from Ester foam and contours the shape of the guitar body. Crucial stress points of the guitar are supported with additional foam blocks. All interior foam is wrapped with purple crushed velvet. A custom accessory compartment with a hinged door is provided for additional storage.
