Chauvet Geyser RGB Fog Machine Case
This custom ATA road case was engineered specifically to transport and protect six Chauvet Geyser RGB fog machines in a clean, tour-ready format. Designed for fast deployment and efficient truck pack, the case combines precision CNC foam engineering with rugged ATA construction for dependable performance on the road.
Each fog machine is secured in a dedicated CNC-cut foam compartment that contours precisely to the shape of the unit. The fixtures are stored upside down in stepped foam blocks, allowing C-clamps to remain attached for quick rigging at load-in. This configuration reduces setup time while maintaining maximum protection during transport.
A removable internal tray system allows three units to ride in the bottom of the case with three stacked securely above. The tray components are laminated open-cell polyethylene foam bonded to ¼” marine-grade plastic for durability and easy cleaning. A carpet-lined rear accessory compartment (43.5” x 7.125”) provides dedicated space for cables, brackets, or additional show essentials.
The case shell is constructed from 3/8” plywood laminated in black ABS for professional touring durability. Exterior OD dimensions of 45” x 30” are optimized for truck pack efficiency. The case includes:

Varilite VL2600 Profile Light Road Case
This custom flight case is designed to hold 2 Varilite VL2600 Profile light fixtures. Each fixture is held in a custom CNC cut, PE foam insert that contours the shape of the light fixture. The usable interior height of the case from the bottom of the insert to the lid foam is 34”.
MA3 Command Wing Workstation Road Case
This custom road case is designed for the MA Command Wing. The MA Command Wing is held in place via custom marine grade plastic brackets within a ½” Baltic Birch structure. The structure includes a ¾” Baltic Birch doghouse behind the controller to keep cables hidden. Within the doghouse, a 4-Plex courtesy outlet bank is provided for accessory items like a small computer. A right angle, locking IEC is provided for powering the control surface. A 1RU keyboard/mouse unit is provided for control.

This case is designed to hold 3 Chauvet ColorRado Solo Batten fixtures. Each fixture is held in a custom PE foam lined compartment. A carpet lined accessory compartment is provided for misc storage. The case exterior is built from ½” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS colors. The hardware set features 4 deep recessed handles and stacking caster wells in the lid. Recessed lid stays are provided. The case rides on Colson 4” x 2” HD casters mounted through a full sized ¾” caster board.
Aputure Nova P300C 2 Capacity Road Case
This is case is designed to hold 2 Aputure Nova P300C light fixtures. The custom cut PE foam insert holds both fixtures in separate compartments with their fly yokes attached. There is enough space within the case to allow mounting clamps to remain attached to the yokes. A separate compartment is provided for the unit’s soft box diffusers to be stored in their factory bags. A removable tray is provided for accessory storage. This tray also features a custom foam insert for the extendable control box.
Chamsys MagicQ MQ 70 Compact Console Case
This custom case is designed to fit the Chamsys MagicQ 70 lighting console. The case features a custom CNC cut PE foam lined interior that contours the shape of the console. A cut out is provided in the bottom of the insert for the console’s movable kick stand.
Chauvet Rogue R1 Beam Wash Road Case
This case is designed for the Chauvet Rogue R1 Beam Wash fixture. 6 lights are held in a custom CNC cut, PE foam insert. The insert allows spacing for clamps to remain attached to each light. The case is built from 3/8” plywood laminated with Hexagrip exterior finish. The exterior features 4 deep recessed handles, stacking caster wells in the lid, and recessed lid stays. The case rides on 4” casters mounted to a full sized ¾” plywood caster board.

MA onPC Command Wing / Fader Wing Flight Case FOH Workstation
This case was designed to be an all in one, pre-wired workstation for MA Lighting, onPC Command Wing, and Fader Wing controller. The case holds each of the control surfaces in place via custom brackets that contour each of the unit’s shape. Touch screen monitors are mounted on HD Ergotron arms, allowing multiple placement options. Custom rack mount panels provide access to all necessary connections.

Elation CW Profile HP Ellipsoidal Light Fixture Road Case - 6 Capacity
This case was built for Nvidia. The case is designed to hold 6 Elation CW Profile light fixtures with their clamps attached. Each light compartment features usable dimensions of 10.875” wide x 10.875” deep x 31.75” tall. The lights are held in individual compartments created by a ½” marine grade plastic divider network. 2” Ester foam laminated with .125” thick white HDPE is positioned under each light to provide shock protection for each light. The foam/HDPE combo is soft enough to not damage the gel frame holders. A carpet lined accessory compartment is provided for additional storage.
