This custom portable medical workbox by LM Cases was built for the Cleveland Guardians athletic training department to support medical needs during road games. The trunk features a hinged lid with clear Lexan storage compartments and dual-access doors that provide both visibility and added workspace.
The interior includes a clear Lexan main work surface, multiple heavy-duty drawers with custom divider systems for organized medical supplies, secure pocket-door access for sensitive items, and open storage for larger equipment. Dual Source Power Distribution Unit For Floating Set Piece
This custom power caddy built by LM Cases was designed to supply cable-free power to a moving set piece used by the Backstreet Boys during their residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas. To maintain the illusion of a floating set piece, the system relies on battery power while airborne, with an EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 acting as a transfer switch to seamlessly switch between battery operation and charging when not in use.
The caddy includes a 20U rack section, a 50-amp shore power inlet, multiple True1 power circuits for lighting and lasers, and dedicated 240V power for specialized equipment. Custom breakout panels and internal wiring were handled by LM Cases’ Custom Integration department. Built from heavy-duty Baltic birch with textured finish, reinforced handles, and protective interfaces for loading into the set piece, the caddy is engineered for durability, safety, and seamless show operation.
43” Fully Integrated Confidence Monitor System
This fully integrated confidence monitor system from LM is built around a 43” 4K display and delivered as a turnkey solution ready for immediate use. The monitor is mounted in a removable, shock-protected caddy constructed from heavy-duty Baltic birch, with rear access panels, ventilation, and internal storage for accessories.
The 43” Sony 4K monitor is securely mounted on steel rails with vibration-isolating bushings and a professional monitor mount. Power and signal connectivity are handled through a dedicated I/O box with locking power, HDMI, and SDI inputs, including onboard SDI-to-HDMI conversion. The system is housed in a durable, mobile flight case with recessed hardware and locking casters, making it ideal for touring, broadcast, and live production environments.
Klang Kontroller Transport Case
This custom LM Cases solution is designed to securely transport a Klang Kontroller. The controller is protected by a CNC-cut PE foam insert with a non-abrasive Crosslink foam block to keep it firmly in place. An integrated accessory compartment beneath the controller provides space for cables or small accessories. This custom LM Cases solution is designed to safely transport a Behringer Wing Compact mixing console for users shipping via commercial airlines. The console is secured in a precision-cut PE foam insert with nonabrasive Crosslink foam that supports the monitor and a lid-mounted foam block that locks the console in place at the wrist rest.

The system uses slide-out drawers with custom marine-grade plastic brackets and Velcro restraints to keep radio charging units stable during transport.
Each charging drawer is powered by removable LM Tour Systems DSK-SM power modules with AC outlets and USB charging, all fed through a central True1 power system and a built-in 30-foot retractable cable reel. This custom case built by LM Cases for the Steve Miller Band and designed for the Dr. Z Z80 2x12 speaker cabinet. The case features a pull over lid with the cabinet living in the case’s tray. The interior is lined with 1” PE foam with 2” PE foam under the cabinet. The 2” bottom foam block features cut outs in the corners allowing the rubber feet to “float”.
