Roland DJ707M USB Controller Road Case

This case is designed for the Roland DJ-707M Serato DJ Controller. The case features a pull over lid allowing the controller to remain the case tray during a performance. An accessory compartment is provided under the controller for the power cable and other misc items. The case exterior is built from ¼” plywood laminated with your choice of ABS colors. The case hardware includes 2 recessed latches, a slim line recessed handle, and medium ball corners.

Akai APC40 MKII Pelican Case

This case is designed to hole a Akai MPC40 MKII Controller. The controller is held in a custom CNC cut foam insert built out of PE foam capped with a ¼” marine grade plastic top piece. The foam insert features 2 hand slots to help remove the controller and an accessory compartment underneath. The insert is built as an assembly, this assembly is mounted into a Pelican 1495 case. 

Pioneer DJM-S9 Mixer / PLX-1000 Turntable Case

This case was built for the Mixwell DJ Academy to hold a Pioneer DJM-S9 mixer and a Pioneer PLX-1000 turntable. The case interior holds each component in an individually foam lined compartments. The mixer compartment features a drop down door that allows access to the front of the unit. The rear of the mixer compartment hinges up and down hiding the cables connecting the turntable to the mixer while still allowing easy access. 

Rane Sixty-Two Mixer Case

This case was designed for DJ Rich Marlowe, the case holds the Rane Sixty-Two mixer in a custom CNC cut foam insert. The foam insert accommodates for all knobs and protrusions of the mixer allowing the case to be turned upside down with out any knobs hitting the foam.

Custom Novation/Akai DJ Controller Case

This case was designed for Nate Edwards, DJ extraordinaire at Sweetwater. The case is based around an Apple iPad 2, which serves as the sound module of the rig. Control is provided by 2 Akai LPD8's and a Novation Nocturn. These items are held in a custom foam insert which allows all the items to remain in a user friendly position and wired together. In order for all of the equipment to remain flush with the top of the insert, we cut custom angled foam blocks to match any contour in the gear; a picture of the angled foam blocks under the Novation Nocturn is shown below. The case lid features custom angled foam blocks to contour each piece of gear so they will stay secure in the foam insert no matter how the case is transported. The foam insert sits on an angled rack which has 1RU in the front and 2RU in the rear and features a removable bottom for easy wiring. The 1/2" Baltic Birch rack is finished with a black textured coating, and can be used at a stand alone unit or used in the case tray.
